Can You Open Doors and Minds Through Intelligent, Persistent Outreach?
We're seeking a strategic thinker with the tenacity of a classic outbound pro. If you excel at identifying the right people, crafting compelling reasons for them to engage, and building bridges where none existed – this role offers immense potential. It's about more than just volume; it's about targeted impact. However, if research, strategic planning, or navigating complex organizations isn't your strength, or if rejection easily discourages you, this specific challenge isn't for you.
Who We Are: Unblinded is a movement changing how the world understands influence. We use Integrity-Based Human Influence™ – a blend of empathy and proven frameworks – to unlock exponential growth for ambitious professionals and organizations. This isn't just dialing; it's strategic business development for a company on a mission to make a significant global impact. We need sharp, driven individuals to connect us with those who need us most.
Who You Are:
A Strategic Hunter: You research and identify key decision-makers and influencers within target markets. Compelling Communicator: You craft personalized, value-driven outreach messages (calls, emails, social) that cut through the noise. Resilient & Persistent: You understand outbound requires consistent effort and maintain motivation through the process. Quick Thinker & Adaptable: You can pivot conversations and handle objections with intelligence and grace. Organized & Disciplined: You meticulously manage your pipeline, follow-up processes, and data tracking. Curious & Coachable: You're eager to learn our methodology and continuously refine your approach.
What You'll Do:
Execute targeted outbound campaigns to specific industries or leadership profiles. Initiate contact via multiple channels, focusing on building initial rapport and establishing credibility. Clearly articulate the specific problems Unblinded solves and the potential impact for the prospect. Qualify interest and secure commitments for introductory meetings, consultations, or exclusive events hosted by our senior team. Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to refine outreach strategies. Participate actively in rigorous daily/weekly training sessions to master ethical influence and outreach techniques.
The Unblinded Advantage:
Competitive Compensation: Strong base salary combined with a commission structure that rewards quality appointments and eventual conversions, plus residual potential. Cutting-Edge Training: Become proficient in Integrity-Based Human Influence™ – skills that benefit every area of life. Meaningful Mission: Connect leaders with tools that create profound positive change in their organizations and lives. Growth Trajectory: Success in this role opens doors to broader responsibilities within our expanding organization. Collaborative Team: Work alongside passionate, high-performing individuals dedicated to mutual success.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2B outbound sales, strategic business development, or lead generation requiring research and targeted outreach. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to personalize messages effectively. Demonstrated ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent activity levels. Strong research and analytical skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools. A strong desire for continuous learning and alignment with Unblinded's values (Integrity, Heart, Mastery, Impact).
Ready to Build Bridges?
If strategically connecting valuable solutions with the right people fuels your ambition, and you're ready for a challenging yet deeply rewarding role, we encourage you to apply. If random dialing or easy wins are more your style, this isn't the opportunity.
