The Area Vice President of Sales, Health Plans (AVP) is primarily responsible for generating revenue and developing new business through a consultative selling process with mid to large health plans. The AVP is a big picture thinker that develops and executes strategic plans for approaching and selling to health plans directly and through broker and consultant channel partner relationships. The AVP is responsible for designing and selling solutions to meet pharmacy benefit goals of plan sponsors and to meet individual AVP's annual growth goals.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Meet and build relationships with local, regional, and national brokers and consultants associated with health plan prospects
+ Establish and maintain solid working partnerships with distribution channel partners. Consultant and broker relationships are a large component of this position
+ Develop and prospect sales strategies specific to the health plan market and prospective needs
+ Establish proficiency in sales processes to maintain a constant state of sales readiness and effectiveness
+ Strategically collaborate with sales peers and functional teams within Optum Rx
+ Effectively engage with executive and senior leadership
+ Establish an understanding of the broader Optum enterprise
+ Manage to ensure contract execution

+ Manage pipeline and other sales metrics via Salesforce Go, following best practices documentation and CRM hygiene

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5+ years of experience in PBM in the areas of: PBM Sales, PBM Client relationship management/Account Management and/or as a Broker / Consultant of PBM or H&B services
+ 5+ years of direct experience working with or for health plans
+ 5+ years of experience preparing and presenting materials to clients
+ 5+ years of experience working in partnership with underwriting and/or finance in PBM or healthcare, cultivating and negotiating RFP's
+ Advanced client facing presentation experience
+ Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
+ Willing or ability to travel up to 50 percent of the time
+ Reside in Central or Eastern time zones

We are hiring a Sales Operations Specialist who is responsible for providing analytical, operational, and strategic support to Rhythm Healthcare’s commercial leadership team. This role acts as a trusted advisor, identifying sales trends, uncovering insights, and helping standardize core sales operations practices.

Design, Construction & Project Coordination


  • Condo Document Creation & Process Management

  • Expedite all legal components: Surveyor, Engineer Reserve Turnover Package, Legal Counsel, Budget Creation.

  • Oversee and organize the entire process, creating a clear timeline to ensure timely completion and the fastest possible conversion.

  • Maintain organized data and documentation for all project processes to support efficiency and compliance.

  • Collaborate with construction teams to review finishes, design elements, and project details aligned with sales objectives.

  • Support amenity space planning, floorplan review, and design adjustments to enhance marketability.

  • Manage tracking project deadlines and ensuring deliverables remain on schedule.


Operations & Asset Management Support


  • Assist with budgets, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

  • Compile market research, unit matrix analysis, sell-out versus PSF comparisons, and pricing strategies to maximize profitability.

  • Market Analysis - Comparable Properties. 

  • Help prepare, organize, and track contracts, condo documents, and other legal agreements.

  • Support coordination with property management teams on day-to-day operations and expense management.

  • Track and organize operational data including rent procedures, marketing audits, and performance metrics.

  • Audit Legal documents and processes with Greystar to ensure compliance 

  • Manage Due Diligence folder with all items: Contracts, Vendors, Permit, Licenses, Softwares and Tools

  • Contribute to management agreements and budgeting processes for  asset management.


General Administrative Support


  • Manage scheduling, communications, and follow-ups for the VP of Sales & Operations.

  • Attend Meetings on behalf of the VP of Sales & Marketing if unavailable

  • Organize and maintain files, databases, and software tools.

  • Provide proactive project support, ensuring coordination across teams and external partners.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (business, real estate, management, or related field preferred).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The Sales Operations Associate will serve as a critical partner to our sales team, ensuring they have the insights, tools, and processes needed to drive growth and efficiency. You'll also act as a champion for process improvement and automation, while equipping our teams with the sales intelligence and resources they need to succeed. In this role, you will:

  • Develop and audit renewal pricebooks to ensure accuracy and alignment with pricing strategy
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and KPI packages to track sales and renewal performance
  • Analyze data trends to forecast pipeline, bookings, and revenue outcomes
  • Lead sales intelligence tools implementation, training, and ongoing enablement
  • Streamline workflows by identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation

What we're looking for:

Estimated Salary Range: $64,000-75,000. Actual salary will be determined based on factors including, but not limited to, skill set and level of experience. This salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay. Strata also provides discretionary variable pay programs based on role.
