**What you will need to have:**

A day in the life as a Sales Associate.
+ Maximize company sales growth and profitability through the use of creative selling skills, teamwork and customer service, in order to deliver an engaged experience to every customer, every time.
+ Demonstrate company standards in selling, customer service, visual merchandising and teamwork.
+ Ensure full understanding of all products and have a continued awareness of the most current information available.
+ Maintain an awareness of all product information, intranet communications, and current advertising and marketing initiatives.
+ Maintain sales floor coverage and follow posted schedules with regard to area assignments.
+ Maintain the store counters and displays and assist with store maintenance as directed by the management team
+ Actively engage customers and assist with product selections and process all customer orders or returns.
+ Support and model excellent service by exhibiting a positive attitude and enthusiasm toward the job and company to both internal and external customers in all forms of communication.
+ Communicate customer feedback to store management team concerning policies and/or product requests, problems and suggestions.
+ Support and maintain store sales and service goals and standards as communicated by the Assistant Store Leader, Design & Trade.
+ Support all efforts and initiatives across all business channels in an effort to maximize company sales growth and profitability.

+ Customer service or retail experience preferred
+ Good reading, written and verbal language skills (English)

**What you'll do:**
We are seeking a determined, data-driven individual with a digital focus to accelerate market growth and adoption of SAP solutions. The Sales Development Executive (SDE) role guides and influences customers in their digital transformation journey, promotes SAP offerings, executes demand generation campaigns, and manages a defined territory in collaboration with various sales and demand teams. + Guide and influence customers in early stages of their digital transformation journey
+ Promote SAP offerings through various channels such as cold calls and email, customer meetings, events and customer roundtables.

+ Manage a defined territory in collaboration with various sales and demand teams

**What you bring:**
+ 1-2 years of experience in business development within the software industry
+ Familiarity with SAP portfolio, particularly Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management, Customer Experience, & Spend Management.
+ Ability to establish strong business relationships with SAP sales, marketing, and leadership teams
+ Ability to articulate business challenges and transformation trends related to a specific industry
+ Experience in strategic prospect outreach through a variety of engagement channels and tactics
+ Ability to manage and prioritize work against a set of KPIs
+ Understanding of standard demand generation funnel principles, customer engagement tactics and funnel progression practices.
+ Experience working with customer engagement platforms and CRM systems.
+ Understanding of standard data privacy and protection rules when working with B2B prospects data.
