Position Overview
In this position you will perform sales functions for new and existing accounts. This position will also coordinate activities involved with purchasing product from vendors and/or manufacturers and ensure product availability.
General Responsibilities
· Contact customer by phone and email concerning new orders, existing orders, sales returns, and shipments.
· Process sales orders, and maintain open orders
· Review purchase orders for accuracy of product, quantity, price, delivery date, and payment terms
· Provides sales support to Outside Sales Reps as necessary
· Attend and actively participate in Sales Meetings and provide any required reporting
· Provide timely and accurate information to new and existing customers when requested, using product and application knowledge

Qualifications
