**The Job You Will Perform:**
+ Responsible for professionally and effectively representing International Paper's North American Container (NAC) business in the packaging marketplace. This requires successful management of a sales territory by developing and fostering sound customer relationships.
+ Identify and grow new customers (New Account Development/NAD) through prospecting, starting, developing and closing accounts.
+ Sales Representatives are responsible for generating profitable sales, largely through regular and customary in-person interactions with prospective and existing customers.
+ Examines and evaluates a customer's packaging needs and then offers recommendations to fulfill those needs while striving to meet the directives established by regional and plant management.
+ Profitably grow the business with priority strategic (high transactional to consultative mix) accounts by developing and successfully implementing Key Account Plans.
+ Enable profitable decision-making through demonstrated knowledge of; general business principles, internal financial management and industry business practices.
+ Identify and implement Value Propositions with priority customers through knowledge and application of IP corporate/business capabilities and resources.
+ Create IP advantage through continuous evaluation of market conditions, competitive environment and opportunities for innovation.
+ Should be able to travel to multiple customer sites/meetings weekly and work in a variety of environments, including client sites, trade events, etc. (50% or more of the time).
+ May act as account team leader.

**JOB SUMMARY**
This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. The main focus is to help Sysco customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company. This position may require working some non-traditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) to successfully meet customers' needs.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Develop new business, penetrate existing accounts, and minimize lost business to achieve profitable sales growth and special objectives within assigned territory.
+ Seek and qualify prospects following company account stratification goals.

+ Evaluate market trends and recommend products to customers, based on business needs and goals.

This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. As a TruGreen Territory Sales Representative, you'll be the welcoming face out in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face-to-face to introduce them to the benefits of personalized lawn care solutions. **Pay Ranges**
27,669.00 - 58,865.00
This range is based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. In addition to monetary compensation, we offer benefits, including Medical/Dental/Vision insurance and Company-matching 401(k) in addition to other programs and perks.

A reasonable estimate of total compensation for this role ranges between $62,400.00 - $150,000.00/Year and is a combination of base salary plus earned commissions. As an Outside Sales Representative the ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Identify new sales prospects and opportunities while partnering with the sales force and support departments to maintain a tenacious commitment to fulfilling customer expectations.
- Increase gross profit growth and gross profit margin objectives.
- Develop rentals and sales of welding equipment in assigned region by following sales leads, cold –calling, making presentations, preparing quotations, maintaining all required literature and providing customer follow-ups.
- Develop customer relationships with all appropriate people and departments within Haun and with customer base.
- Take an active role in managing customers’ cylinder inventories.
- Review and recommend mode and process changes to the customer as opportunities arise .
- Perform your duties and responsibilities following the Haun Values ; Helpful, Humble, Heart-driven and Honest.
- High school Diploma or Equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must have demonstrated ability to sell effectively with measurable results

- Ability to develop and execute market/business plans
- This position requires daily traveling. Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to meet the requirements of insurability.
