- Act as an internal sales expert and partner with Operations leadership to help assess, measure and enhance the performance of revenue generation activities connected with counter sales effectiveness.
- Partner with local managers to identify and analyze areas of revenue generation opportunities for products and/or services in support of business goals
- Monitor the sales agents overall effectiveness throughout the sales process
- Coordinate communications related to counter sales initiatives, products and processes
- Assess and analyze business needs with recommendations on training plans and programs to enhance knowledge and skills
- Facilitate local sales training programs and keep updated on new training methods and techniques
- Develop and maintain training materials related to sales initiatives including presentations, job aids, participant handouts, virtual class materials and other resources
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree plus at least 1 year supervisory experience; OR Associate's Degree plus at least 2 years supervisory experience; OR High School degree plus at least 4 years supervisory experience
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive Sales experience in a counter sales environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience executing training initiatives and coaching and mentoring sales professionals
- Must have valid driving license and be willing and able to travel between your assigned locations (average at about 50%)

Position Summary
Reporting to our Director of Sales, the Sales Performance Lead plays a critical role in driving consistent frontline execution across internal sales teams. This individual supports performance accountability by tracking coaching activity, surfacing behavioral gaps, and ensuring agents are following the approved product cadence. While not a people leader, this role directly influences the quality and consistency of agent interactions.
This role is based in Naperville, IL office. A regular in-office schedule (Mon-Fri) is required, as our office environment is a key driver of our company culture and employee experience.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct live call listening, side-by-sides, and post-call breakdowns to identify high-impact coaching opportunities.
- Deliver focused coaching to agents or small pods based on observed behaviors, conversion rates, QA scores, and performance data.
- Develop sales performance tools (talk tracks, rebuttals, job aids) aligned with current campaign priorities and partner expectations.
- Partner with QA, Supervisors, and Senior Manager to recommend action plans for at-risk agents or teams.
- Monitor daily performance dashboards and flag patterns in bundling gaps, missed offer opportunities, or scripting missteps.
- Participate in huddles and coaching calibration sessions to ensure alignment across coaching actions and execution standards.
- Lead periodic “sales mastery” workshops or micro-sessions focused on common objections, product knowledge gaps, or offer walkthroughs.

What Skills and Experience You Should Bring:

The Sales Performance Financial Analyst Role
As the Sales Performance Financial Analyst and team member of our Global Compensation and Planning team based in our Headquarters in King of Prussia, you will have significant impact on our company's growth and success. The Sales Performance Financial Analyst is a valued member of the Global Compensation Team.
Take responsibility for providing the monthly review and analysis of actual commission cost as well as forecast cost based on bookings forecast and opportunity forecast, to be presented to the EVP and CFO.
Support Senior Director, Compensation in preparing additional analysis and identifying trends for compensation effectiveness as well as rep performance.
Support the annual budget and planning process for compensation design, having an awareness of trends to support the Sales Go to Market strategy
Support Compensation team to identify and document processes, enhance communication and transparency to internal customers relating to commission plans, processes and payments

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $72,580.00 USD MIN - $90,000.00 USD MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate's location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs.
