As a Senior Manager in our Technology practice, you will play a pivotal role in interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate and analyze business models, processes, and operations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and ensure that newly implemented technology solutions meet these requirements. Your collaboration with technical teams will be crucial in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions.

Drive new Residential HVAC Sales through the Plumbing and HVAC wholesale distribution channel by managing manufacturer's rep agencies, expanding share of wallet with current distribution and developing new business partners for the Bosch portfolio. Success in the position will also include sales calls on distributor branches and with distributor salesmen to contractors, builders, architects and engineers. A key responsibility will be to develop a sales plan and market development strategy to drive growth of the Bosch HVAC portfolio and hit assigned targets.
