Job Summary Primary facilitator for all TM/ ATM training classes, responsible for creation and implementation of training materials, and interactions with sales, support personnel, marketing and other stakeholders. In addition, will support the overall training needs and initiatives of the Sales Department.

Essential Functions

  • Build and deliver comprehensive training programs via a variety of blended learning processes and training methods
  • Become the expert and go-to person for all aspects related to CMS products, training topics, sales and sales coaching
  • Develop appropriate real-world selling conversations for role plays with minimal oversight
  • Monitor training programs and materials to ensure that they are effective and update as indicated
  • Update and create new training modules as indicated an as based on ASM and FSM rollouts
  • Modify and create new training programs and materials as indicated to meet specific training needs
  • Work with Manager and Director of Sales Training to assess strengths of RMs to lead various aspects of training
  • Work on special projects to create and disseminate Best Practices as indicated
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement initiatives,
  • Collaborate throughout the year on process improvements
  • Oversees training programs that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions, training videos, and more
  • Creation and oversight of training materials such as Clinical Trial Summary Booklets, Specialty Physician Backgrounder, etc.
  • Maintain awareness of opportunities for developing additional training material for marketing initiatives to deliver ongoing training and for follow up
  • Determines training needs and requirements for an organization or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees, and administering surveys to assess and address learning issues, gaps, or educational needs regarding specific employees or departments
  • Reviews existing training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance
  • Skillfully and confidently presents in-person and online training sessions

  • Prepare and compile reports and metrics for senior management. Present results as appropriate.
  • Submit quarterly reports on activities and accomplishments.
  • Liaison between sales and support personnel, facilitating creation of training documents and implementation of training sessions between departments.
  • Facilitate creation of educational and sales focused webinars and on-line tutorials
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organization.
  • Prioritize assignments while working on various projects simultaneously.
  • Promote TM/ATM best practices

  • Stay abreast of field initiatives and current issues in field as they relate to training
  • Provide field sales coaching as indicated on working visits
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Management
  • Must be able to travel 30% of the time.

Required/Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university required
  • At least 2 years in an administrative or project manager role preferred
  • 2 or more years in sales or training required
  • Experience leading training sessions and speaking in front of large groups of attendees required
  • Experience coaching/training sales reps required
  • 2 or more years with successful sales history required
  • Experience in the medical device/pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Successful sales history
  • Familiarity with principles of adult learning, various sales models (Miller-Heiman, Consultative sales process, etc.)
  • Clinical knowledge of/experience with ECG interpretation, basic cardiac anatomy and physiology, etc. a plus.
  • Ability to edit and create Word documents containing graphics, manage spreadsheets, prepare presentations, send and receive e-mail, obtain information from the internet, etc. Computer Applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook and audio-visual equipment.

Position Summary:

This role plays an important role by delivering full cycle training that translates into productive and successful sales managers and agents. Position Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 3+ years of sales training experience. Insurance or financial services experience preferred.

  • Ability to drive the ideation, design and delivery of field sales training solutions in close collaboration with a range of partners including business owners, field partners, technology, operations, legal & compliance, and corporate training.

  • Collaborate with sales leadership to define sales training objectives, priorities, and strategies aligned with our business goals for field, inside and strategic sellers.

  • Develop and maintain a library of sales training resources, including sales collateral, playbooks, battle cards, and training materials that improves seller performance and results in improved pipeline velocity, while creating feedback loops with sales to collect insights for ongoing enablement improvement.

  • Required - WVO Sales Compliance on line course is completed in new hire classes

  • Required - Wyndham Rewards Credit training are completed during the new hire class.

  • Required - Select 5 underperforming sales reps from the bottom 3rd quartile of the sales line for JumpStart at the beginning of every month. This is to be done in tandem with your Regional Director of Training for approval.

  • Required - Work with underperforming reps each month to improve VPG and close %.

  • Required - Report at month end on all actions taken with JumpStart reps to your Regional Director of Training.

  • Ensure follow-up coaching, continued ed and topical trainings are being facilitated regularly.

  • Required - Follow your classes to the floor and T.O. behind all new hires with us 90 days or less. 50% of T.O. is 90 days or less.

  • Required - New hires are to be at 100% of budgeted VPG at 90 days.

  • Ensure sites are up-to-date on all recently approved Wyndham collateral.

  • Support new technology rollouts through becoming a SME (Subject Matter Expert) and train the site leaders and representatives accordingly to ensure new technology is understood, adopted and utilized.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year successful Wyndham sales experience. Front line and in house are a plus.

  • Strong working knowledge of Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham and Shell Vacations Club

  • A minimum of 1 year sales management experience preferred

  • Proven track record with the ability to T.O. tables

  • Specialist Presenter experience preferred
