Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Trainer to develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive and ongoing sales training program aimed at enhancing the skills and performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a proven ability to inspire and engage learners. - Ongoing Program Development :

Basic Qualifications
- Must be 21 years or older
- Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or

- Experience :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales training, sales management, or a related field, with a strong track record of success in direct sales.

Skills :

Working Environment
This job operates in a GMP manufacturing plant setting. While working in this environment employees will be required to wear appropriate protective gowning (provided uniform scrubs) and equipment. While working in this environment, employees are required to operate, maintain, and clean large scale packaging equipment including automated packaging equipment and ancillary equipment. While working in this environment, employees will be exposed to cannabis, cannabis concentrates, cannabis products, and terpenes and may also be exposed to the following: extreme temperatures (as low as -80 Fahrenheit)dust and fine particulate, loud and/sustained noise, pinching and/or crushing hazards food allergens, high pressure systems, including inert and volatile gases.
In addition to the conditions above, the working environment also includes basic professional office equipment such as desks, mobile workstations, computers, phones and other office equipment.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job employees will be required to walk, stand for sustained periods, and lift and carry at least 50 pounds. Employees will be required to use hands, fingers and arms to grasp, pull, twist, reach, and push as needed to operate basic tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, etc. Employees must be able to push, pull, and stop carts and trolleys. Employees must be able to see, hear, and communicate basic operational and safety instructions. Employees may be required to lay on the floor or climb stairs. Employees may be required to wear hearing, eye, respiratory, hot/cold, or fall protection.

**The Sales Trainer is responsible for working in conjunction with the Senior Sales Trainers and Sales Desk Management to deliver training to Internal Wholesaler Trainees and Internal Wholesalers. **Role Description**
As a **Homes.com Sales Trainer,** you will help build out our world class sales team. This role will be well-versed in our Homes.com Marketplace with a special focus on essential coaching and training on product functionality for the Sales organization. This role is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of ongoing product learning for Sales Associates and Sales Managers on Homes.com products. In addition, they will help to analyze the training and development needs of the sales organization and work collaboratively with the full Sales Training team to develop high impact programs that increase sales and sales effectiveness.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Design, develop, and deliver training and coaching on all Homes.com products, including instructor-led in-person and virtual training, e-learning, and a variety of other instructional techniques with a focus on Homes.com and how they relate to other CoStar products.
+ Design, develop, and deliver onboarding for new Homes.com Sales hires; serve as lead product trainer for multi-week new hire classes; act as a sales coach for multi-week, hands-on pre-production period focused on prospecting, call-coaching, demo feedback and systems utilization.
+ Work well within the team and across the organization to define learning solutions that address business priorities and bridge gaps in knowledge, competency and skills for salespeople in a variety of roles and with varied levels of experience.
+ Participate in the design of curriculum (classroom, coaching and continuing education) and performance support tools that build the product mastery required to improve performance in sales for new and existing sales team members.
+ Work with Sales Learning & Development team members to manage projects, timelines and commitments as well as communication and deployment plans.

Job Summary:
The National Sales Trainer (NST) will be responsible for developing and executing a standard sales training program to support the growth of Acute and/or Chronic / IVIG patient referrals and home care business across the KabaFusion footprint. This will be accomplished with cross functional coordination of pharmacy, intake, nursing and operations.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and executing standard sales and clinical training programs to ensure growth of the Acute and IG referrals.
- Provides sales support by providing on-going training and resources for the sales team on new products, navigating sales objections and highlights sales success stories through in-field support or scheduled in-services.
- The NSTs schedule will include didactic training classes and on-going in-field support for new Specialty Infusion Managers or Clinical Liaisons or any other sales-focused position created.
- Provides written performance analysis on each new hire during first 90-days in addition to any low performing sales personnel which are referred to NST for training support.
- Communicates with clinical, reimbursement, operational and management personnel as required supporting all areas as related to execute effective sales development.
- Responsible to submitting call reports, expense reports, any other assignments etc. within company standard timeframe.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Abilities:
· Develops and continually improves training programs that will help sales personnel successful and thrive in their respective markets.
· Works collaboratively with cross functional leadership and business partners to educate and create content that continue to differentiate Kabafusion.
· Works with Sales Management to provide performance feedback and training calendar for respective employees.
· Participates in targeting, qualifying, prioritizing, and identifying new program and business opportunities for the company and reports to sales management
· Ability to create training collateral that meets the needs of all learners; visual, written, interaction, role playing.
· Must be proficient in Power Point, WebEx training platforms, Prezi and Share Point.
Education and/or Experience:
· A four-year college degree preferred, preferably in business or healthcare related fields or equivalent work-related experience; ability to sell a service, experience in new business development and with strong customer service focus is required
· A minimum of 5 years of experience in the infusion services, or other related healthcare product/service industries, with a proven track record is preferred
· Clinical degree in nursing or pharmacy preferred
· Knowledge of reimbursement policies is preferred
· Proficient at partner programs (i.e.: MS Outlook/Express, Word & Excel.)
