70%: Work with constituents across the organization to understand current processes, systems and opportunities and capture requirements for new processes, systems, user interfaces and user experiences through various methods, including to but not limited to requirements gathering sessions, interviews, surveys, workshops, etc. Collaborate with vendor partners and internal team members to communicate needs and requirements and determine appropriate solutions. Advise on best practices. What You'll Be Doing

The Salesforce Business Analyst will engage with business units, salesforce development, and other peers to analyze, document, and understand business processes and procedures. The analyst will also support discovery or solution design for Salesforce initiatives and development.

What We're Looking For
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to elicit, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements.
