About the Role
We're looking for a Salesforce Implementation Project Manager to support our consulting and implementation teams. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on Salesforce experience-particularly as a Power User or administrator-who is ready to step into a project manager role. You'll help keep client engagements running smoothly by tracking progress, organizing deliverables, and facilitating clear communication across teams.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate internal and client meetings, document agendas, track action items, and follow up on deliverables.
- Assist with managing timelines, task assignments, and resource schedules across Salesforce projects.
- Support the use of Jira and Confluence for task tracking and project documentation.
- Help create, manage, and prioritize work tickets related to Salesforce functionality and configuration.
- Collaborate closely with consultants, architects, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Maintain documentation and ensure consistent communication with all project stakeholders.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and initiating project workflows and cadence.
- 1-3 years of experience coordinating or managing Salesforce workstreams or projects.
- Hands-on experience as a Salesforce Power User or with Salesforce Administration tasks (e.g., managing users, dashboards, page layouts, or data updates).
- Experience working with task tracking tools such as Jira, and documentation tools like Confluence or Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
