**Job Summary:**
The DTC - Viewer Experience (VX) team is seeking a Salesforce & Integrations QA. In this role, you will support VX's Salesforce platform by developing and executing automated and manual test plans. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Salesforce's features, capabilities, and best practices, as well as a passion for maintaining quality solutions.
In this role, you are expected to partner with various departments, including Enterprise, Product, Engineering, IT, Operations, Data, and InfoSec, to coordinate initiatives that deliver on Disney DTC's business goals and objectives.
The right person for this role has experience performing comprehensive testing on Salesforce applications to ensure functionality, performance, and security. If you are passionate about technology and transforming service experiences, this is a great role for you!
**Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:**
Translate acceptance criteria into functional test cases to ensure all requirements are met and develop comprehensive and relevant test cases that cover various scenarios, including positive, negative, and regression cases
Perform test execution and defect reporting utilizing testing tools. Monitor and track traceability of business requirements/stories to tests executed.
Analyze, track, report, test and help resolve production problems
Work with internal and external partners to deliver backlog requests and projects in iterative release cycles and conducts ongoing testing and validation to ensure the stability of the VX applications
Replicate production issues in a lower environment to help troubleshoot and assist with root cause analysis and triage of key / critical defects for quick turn-around
Prototype emerging technologies and maintain quality solutions to create best-in-class service experiences for viewers and advocates
**Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:**
● Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. An undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or related disciplines is a plus.
**● Must have 4+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce Testing and Automation**
● **Must have knowledge and relevant experience in Service Cloud and Experience Cloud**
● Documenting and communicating defects with developers and analysts
● **Must have experience in automated testing frameworks and scripting**
● Experience in Agile (Scrum and/or Kanban), test automation
● Ability to partner cross-functionally at multiple levels of an organization ensuring quality results are reached within given timeframes for projects
● Ability to prioritize based on analysis of data trends, business priorities, and legal compliance
● Strong skills in communicating information to stakeholders across organizational levels, including explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
● Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
● Flexibility to work night and weekends, as needed
**Nice to Haves:**
● **5 years of experience working in corporate enterprise level systems as a QA analyst, systems analyst, or programmer**

**Pay:** $18.70 - $19.55
**Shift:** AM (7a-7p), PM (7p-7a) - Rotating 2-2-3 Schedule
**What's the Job?**
+ Set up test equipment according to documented procedures and manage instrument test parameters.
+ Conduct various tests on parts, including break tests and tensile tests, while exporting data into a database.
+ Perform dimensional, functional, performance, and visual inspections during the Production Part Approval Process.
+ Adhere to company procedures, rules, and policies while attending required training sessions.
+ Maintain a clean and organized work area, communicate effectively with personnel across departments, and keep accurate records.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent; a 2-year Technical Degree in Quality or a related field is desired.
+ Experience with force gauges, test fixtures, and inspection equipment such as calipers and micrometers.
+ Ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models.
+ Strong computer skills with experience in MS Office and Google Suite.
+ Must be able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, and twisting.
