We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), strong hands-on experience with modern Salesforce development tools , and the ability to mentor junior developers on best practices and modern workflows.

This is a Hybrid position with consultants expected to be onsite two days a week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain custom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Use Visual Studio Code (VS Code) with Salesforce Extensions for efficient development and deployment.
  • Work with modern Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset), and Change Sets.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce using custom objects, validation rules, flows, page layouts, and approval processes.
  • Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
  • Mentor and guide junior Salesforce developers on coding standards, modern tooling, and best practices.
  • Maintain technical documentation and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
  • Proficiency with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, LWC, and Visualforce.
  • Strong experience using VS Code and the Salesforce CLI.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce DX, source-driven development, and Scratch Orgs.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide day to day Salesforce support/bugfix to our end users

  • The single point of contact for all Salesforce needs on the GovCloud

+ The single point of contact for all Salesforce needs on the GovCloud
+ The primary point of contact for the customer support team on all SFDC needs during PST hours
+ Support end users in data extractions, reports, KPIs and dashboards

**Experience you'll need:**
+ 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development/admin
+ Experience in Sales and Service cloud
+ Experience with CI/CD Devops including using tools such as: Visual Studio Code, Git, Bitbucket and Jira
+ Ability to troubleshoot the Salesforce platform: sharing and visibility, bulk DML operations, Apex, callouts, etc.
+ Experience working with Force.com Apex Classes, Apex triggers, Batch Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual Force (VF Pages), Integration (REST, SOAP, Change Data Capture, Platform Events), Force.com API, SOQL and SOSL
+ Good communication skill to work with global team
+ Experience in backend JavaScript is plus
+ SOX or ITGC's experience preferred
+ Experience in ticketing systems like JIRA
+ Ability to reprioritize tasks and manage time to deliver results on requests
+ Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead with strong expertise in Health Cloud to design, develop, and lead technical teams in delivering innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Health Cloud, be proficient in Salesforce development, and lead projects from concept to deployment, ensuring scalable and secure healthcare solutions.

Per VES contract requirements, staff working on the VES project must be a US Citizen or US Legal Resident (green card holders)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Contribute to the development of goals for the department and planning efforts (budgets, operational plans, etc.).

- Responsible for making moderate to significant improvements of systems or products to enhance performance of program/project.

- Problems and issues faced are numerous and undefined, and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem. Regularly employ ingenuity and creativity to develop new technical solutions to solve difficult and moderately complex problems.

- Responsible for leading large or complex initiatives that involve technically challenging requirements at this level, involving delegation of work and review of work products of the lower-level technical professionals.

• Lead the development of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, from requirements to deployment.

• Design and implement custom applications, workflows, and integrations within Salesforce.

• Guide a team of developers and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop and maintain complex Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce pages.

• Ensure data security and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA).

• Optimize Health Cloud processes, including patient data management, care plans, and workflows.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Health Cloud and custom Salesforce applications.

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in Health Cloud.

• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud features, including care plans, patient management, and healthcare workflows.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, preferably in healthcare environments.

• Experience in leading and mentoring development teams.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps processes

Minimum Requirements

-Bachelor's degree in related field.

- 7-10 years of relevant professional experience required.

- Equivalent combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Health Cloud, or Application Architect.

• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR).

• Experience with Salesforce Shield for data encryption and security.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Location & Travel:

• Remote position with occasional on-site requirements.

• Ability to lead and coordinate virtual teams.
