We are seeking a Salesforce Developer with experience in Health Cloud to develop and maintain Salesforce solutions that optimize healthcare processes. As a Salesforce Architect, you will make an impact by providing technical consultation and architectural leadership for Salesforce solutions. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce team and work collaboratively with McDonald's IT & Data teams, ESG governance architects, and offshore teams.
**In this role, you will:**
- Provide technical consultation on Salesforce Net Zero Cloud and related solutions based on business requirements.
- Lead discovery sessions and perform Fit Gap analysis.
- Collaborate with ESG governance architects to drive enterprise architectural decisions and product selections.
- Provide technical architecture governance and lead technical session meetings.
- Support McDonald's account growth through thought leadership and cross-sell/up-sell of Generative AI, Agentforce, Tableau Next, and Data Cloud components.

**What you need to have to be considered**
- 15+ years of experience in Salesforce.
- Expertise in Salesforce including Integration, CRM Analytics, Experience Cloud.
- Experience in technical code reviews and solution/coding best practices.
- Ability to identify technical issues/risks and present alternatives.
- Salesforce Application Architect or Salesforce System Architect certification.
**These will help you stand out**
- Salesforce Net Zero Cloud AP certification.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Net Zero Cloud and Vlocity / Industry components.
- Experience with open-source LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
- Ability to front-end customer engagements and drive account growth.
- Strong collaboration skills with offshore teams and stakeholders.
**Benefits:**

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $180,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

We are seeking a Certified Salesforce Technical Architect with expertise in Health Cloud and Federal environments to design and implement scalable, secure solutions for government clients. The role involves leading technical teams, ensuring compliance with FedRAMP, FISMA, and HIPAA, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. Per VES contract requirements, staff working on the VES project must be U.S. citizens or legal Residents (green card holders).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee and interface with the developers to design, develop, test and implement critical functionality and POCs.
- Work with clients to create strategies and frameworks.
- Architect and design application solutions.
- Guide developers.
- Provide hands-on development support.
- Design software components from business requirements.
- Document and diagram application functionality from business requirements.
Job-Specific Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Architect complex Salesforce solutions with a focus on Health Cloud.
- Ensure compliance with federal standards (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST).
