The Product Marketing Manager, Clinical Decision Support, is responsible for leading our marketing efforts for Radiometer's Clinical Decision Support (CDS) portfolio. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that grow revenue, generate leads, and support commercial teams with compelling tools and messaging.
This position reports to the Director, Marketing and is part of the Marketing Team and will be fully remote.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
+ Lead product marketing strategy, drive product awareness, and generate leads through integrated marketing campaigns
+ Develop clinical value messaging, create tailored content for clinical personas, and build tools to support sales execution
+ Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Clinical teams to align strategy and priorities
The essential requirements of the job include:
+ Bachelor's degree in biology, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, or related scientific field
+ Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, which includes experience marketing or selling healthcare software or clinical decision support tools and creating customer facing materials and enabling sales teams, as well as a proven track record of lead generation, content development, and digital campaign success
+ Demonstrated understanding of healthcare software solutions and buying process, as well as the ability to translate clinical insights into impactful messaging
+ Proficient in digital marketing tools, such as HubSpot, Marketo, LinkedIn Ads, or similar platforms, as well as MS Office / MS 365 (especially PowerPoint, Excel), and familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)
+ Primarily language English

Position Description:
  • Telephonic and field-based outreach to engage clients in our care management program.
  • Establishes close relationships with and serves as a point of contact for clients.
  • Deliver weekly or monthly health education and promote self-management to clients.
  • Communicate with Care Team members (Care Coordinators, Community Health Worker, Primary Care Physicians and other health care providers) to facilitate client care.
  • Observe, report, and assess client self-administration of medication.
  • Identify resources for clients to overcome barriers to care, such as transportation, housing, and childcare arrangements.
  • Remain aware of current services offered by service providers, such as mental health, housing, and employment assistance.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with agency policies.
  • May meet with clients after primary care physician appointments to review and update care plan with the Care Coordinator

Assist with or provide activities of daily living (ADLs) including baths, linen change of occupied and unoccupied bed, dressing, feeding, providing water, grooming and hygiene, AM and HS care, mouth/foley/peri-care. Collect simple specimens and record specimen collection. Reinforce pulmonary hygiene including use of incentive spirometer, sets up oxygen, and connects patient to pulse oximeter. Provide nourishments; monitor and set up NG feedings, G-tube feeding or J-tube feeding for the nurse to administer. Administers minor treatments and procedures such as, but not limited to, EKG test administration, non-medicated enemas (Harris flush, soap suds), non-sterile dressing changes; sitz baths, apply ostomy appliances to old, healed sites; perform oral suctioning; safely apply heat/cooling measures; perform surgical preps; complete pre-op checklist. Perform cast care; apply Bucks traction, CPM machine, sequential stocking. Perform blood glucose monitoring. Provide bed exercises, including range of motion and positioning, and assist patient in ambulating when necessary. For each patient documents care provided, including but not limited to: Oral intake, all output, vital signs, weights and measurements in a concise, accurate, legible and timely manner in the medical record. Transports patients for transfer, discharge or other needs as directed. Provide post-mortem care. Maintains prescribed standards of cleanliness and organization for assigned work areas replenishing stock supplies as necessary.

Answers phones and patient call lights within two (2) minutes. Answers questions when able, refers all unanswered requests to appropriate nurse. Assists in orienting new personnel as directed. Utilizes house-wide computer to input pending and actual discharges (within 10 minutes of patient departure). Maintains patients chart accurately, neatly, and keeps data entry current. Participates in staff meetings, nursing committees and inservice programs, including annual re-certification. Attend mandatory training classes relating to techniques, procedures and/or current issues, as required. Participate in Quality Improvement/QC activities at the unit level. Assists in ordering and distribution of unit supplies and equipment. Promotes, ensures, and improves customer service to internal/external customers by demonstrating skills which are consistent with the organizations philosophy of providing extraordinary customer relations and quality service. Age Related Competencies: Skills assessments and validations are utilized to ensure that employees providing patient care to specific age groups (i.e. infants, adolescents, elderly, etc.) are proficient identifying the special needs and behaviors associated with a particular patient population.

The EmPATH unit is a behavioral health unit designed to treat patients who have traditionally been cared for in the emergency department (ED). This unit, opening in 2026, will accept patients from both the adult and children's hospital. Candidates hired into our EmPATH positions will begin their employment in Fall 2025 and Winter 2026.

Job Summary: The Manager-Patient Care EmPATH works collaboratively with the Director to provide administrative, human resource and financial management for designated area(s) of responsibility. Functions in a Magnet Recognized tertiary academic medical center with level one trauma designation. Directs day-to-day operations based on the needs of the patient population served, established professional practice model (Duffy Quality-Caring Model), applicable regulatory standards and requirements, and approved clinical practice standards, policies and procedures. Ensures quantity and quality of staff as applicable to department hours of operation. Exhibits mission-focused thinking and participates in the nursing strategic planning process and aligns service goals and objectives with the mission, vision, and values of the organization. Ensures areas of responsibility comply with requirements of planning, regulatory, inspecting agencies, and hospital/department policies. Mentors and coaches charge nurses and staff in transforming culture, processes and clinical practice that meets the demands of cutting-edge health care delivery and nursing excellence. Supports and inspires professional governance groups to attain required nursing excellence standards to maintain Magnet Recognition as outlined by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Provides leadership in the conversion of care to evidenced-based practice at the bedside with emphasis on safety initiatives, quality care, and best practices supported by innovative technology. Participates in on-call rotation for designated area(s) based on business need. If in a recovery program, at least two years of sobriety is required for staff and at least five years for Management. Performs other duties as needed.

Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required, or, Associate's Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor's Degree in healthcare related field and a Master's Degree in Nursing required. Minimum three years nursing experience required, which has provided opportunity to demonstrate leadership competencies in behavioral health nursing, emergency department, specialty field, or education.

Knowledge and Skills: Substantial knowledge of state and federal behavioral and mental health regulations and accreditation, finance, performance improvement, quality, patient safety, evidenced-based clinical practice standards, medical staff structure, legal aspects of care, and nursing scope of practice required. Demonstrates professional competency and ability to develop and champion department-specific clinical outcome improvements in a multi-initiative organization. Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of staff. Knowledge and application of adult learning principles, management techniques, and utilizes problem-solving methodologies in a proactive and creative manner. Able to read; write and speak with professional quality; use computer and software programs necessary to the position (Word, Excel, Power Point); operate/troubleshoot basic office equipment required for the position.
