We are looking for a dedicated and experienced SAP Financial Accounting Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining financial accounting solutions within our SAP system, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

Development and Implementation:

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP Financial Accounting (FI) solutions tailored to meet the companys financial processing needs.
• Configure and customize SAP FI modules including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Asset Accounting.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  
  

• Integrate SAP FI solutions with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP CO, MM, SD) and third-party systems to ensure seamless data flow and financial reconciliation.
• Develop and optimize data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to support financial reporting and analysis.
  
  

• Customize and enhance the SAP FI system to automate financial processes, improve data accuracy, and streamline operations.
• Implement and support SAP FI enhancements, including user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and SAP scripts.
  
  

• Monitor and optimize the performance of SAP FI solutions to ensure efficient financial data processing and reporting.
• Identify and resolve performance issues or bottlenecks within the financial accounting environment.
  
  

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP FI system, resolving any issues and ensuring data integrity and reliability.
• Perform periodic system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system performance and compliance.
  
  

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for development activities, including functional specifications, technical designs, and user guides.
• Create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test scripts.
  
  

• Proven experience as an SAP Financial Accounting Developer.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI modules, configuration, and customization.
• Experience in integrating SAP FI with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
  
  

• Proficiency in SAP FI configuration and customization, including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Asset Accounting.
• Strong understanding of SAP financial processes and data structures.
• Experience with ABAP programming, user exits, BAPIs, BADIs, and SAP scripts.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Manager, SAP FICO Inventory & Cost Accounting

Position Overview:
You will lead the development, implementation, and oversight of the Company's inventory and cost accounting processes. You will ensure that inventory valuation, costing methodologies, and financial controls align with the Company's policies and U.S. GAAP. A critical focus of the role is leveraging SAP to automate and enhance usefulness and timeliness of reporting, drive inventory accuracy, and ensure compliance. You will oversee cost accountant(s) and partner cross-functionally to support operational growth and strategic initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full inventory valuation cycle including standard costing, variance analysis, and month-end close processes.
• Establish and maintain procedures to monitor and evaluate inventory obsolescence and excess or slow-moving inventory, including preparation of reserves.
• Perform and document lower of cost or net realizable value analyses on a quarterly basis to ensure inventory is accurately valued in accordance with US GAAP.
• Identify improvement of internal processes in a controlled, SOX-compliant environment.
• Ensure proper internal controls and financial procedures related to inventory and cost accounting.
• Review daily/weekly production reports and ensure timely and accurate capture of costs in SAP (FI/CO, MM, PP modules).
• Analyze and monitor purchase price variance (PPV), labor efficiency, and usage variances; investigate significant deviations and recommend corrective actions.
