As part of the technology team of the Innovative Medicine Transcend Program, you will be accountable for working with a team of functional experts in driving the Solution integration between Supply Chain functions to ensure that solutions support end to end business processes and requirements while maintaining the integrity and reliability of the ERP template.
You must use a refined, multi-functional tool-set of business expertise, technical knowledge, and digital competence, and to engage and operate with both business and IT program teams at an execution level, as well as with senior leadership at a strategic level.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design Methodology and Governance: Own improvement and adherence of design methodology and governance for the program.
- Cross functional Solution Design: Own cross functional design topics end-to-end. Drive design for highly complex topics from the gathering of requirements to end-to- end solutioning, including technical architecture, cross workstreams.
- Quality of design: Own Quality of design by leading design governance boards. Actively improve the overall design by educating on good design principles, challenging solutions and drive a clean core template approach.
- Cross functional conflicts: Own management, resolution and reporting for cross-functional conflicts and dependencies. Attend the Scrum of Scrums to support decision making on impediments.
- Design readiness : Own design readiness, the methodology, the involved KPI’s and provide status reporting, for Business User Story Writing, Process Design, Key Design Decisions and Solution Road-mapping
- Tool implementation : Lead implementation of cross functional tools and applications as SAP Signavio E2E from IT point of view. Act as IT product owner for the new application.

Qualifications
Education:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree or MBA highly desirable
- Preferred area of study: Information Technology, Supply Chain
- Certification in areas of expertise as S4H are preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- Minimum 10 years relevant work experience within SAP
- Minimum overall 8 years relevant hands-on SAP experience in at least 3 functional areas (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, VCM)
Preferred:
- Deep End-to-End understanding of Supply Chain flows in multinational operations and how primary functions integrate with one another (Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Master Data) from process and solution point of view
- Strong Knowledge of SAP-ERP integration across Planning, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution and Financial Accounting and System Integration with the ERP ecosystem.
- Applied knowledge of S/4 HANA is preferred.
- Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and good Knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
- Experience in large scale cross regional business transformation programs, Agile methodology and solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
- Demonstrated success in leading multi-functional topics without authority. Experience in collaborating with partners in both business and IT organizations. Good communication and influencing skills
- Strong problem-solving stills with ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment
- Experience in leading IT implementations of new tools and applications and product ownership

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000 - $207,000Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Job Description
We're looking for an SAP Developer to work closely with technical peers, internal business contacts and external clients to develop, design and continuously improve ERP backbone to successful business. This will take a solid understanding of SAP, strong development capabilities, understanding integration points and knowledge of our business processes. The position requires strong communication and organizational skills as well as a follow-through mentality.
Your Tasks
-
Implementing new customer projects and change requests for Arvato SCS with direct interaction with internal stakeholders, and external clients.

Manage SAP implementation lifecycle including the gathering of requirements, process analysis, designing, implementing solutions, deployment, and documenting, training and supporting users.

Experienced in setting up end-to-end SCM processes in the MM/SD/LES/PP/WM/IM area.

Deep understanding of Logistics with integrated WM with HU management, RF scanning, batch management and serialization as well as sound knowledge of shipping and transport management.

Proactively identify problematic issues (data or process) and work with the necessary individual(s) to resolve such issues.

Work with business users to gather more details on new SAP issues, categorize the issues accurately to help address them in a timely manner.

Part of global IT team responsible for process alignment for all regions for clients.

Your Profile
-
Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered

5+ years of SAP support/implementation experience required
-
2+ of ABAP and debugging experience required
-
ABAP, Open SQL, XML, BAPI's and BADI's, SAP Queries
-
Intellectual curiosity, problem solving and detail oriented
-
Provide high quality support in all areas of the operation
-
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
-
Very good communication skills and follow-through ability
-
Work independently in an international environment

Experience with Profiforms, Smartforms, Bartender and Centralized Output management preferred

RF Gun/Mobisys (mobile application), IDoc's (EDI), QM is a plus

ITIL certification preferred

WM, SD & MM expertise required, IM, FI, CRM preferred

LES experience is a plus
-
SAP R/3 experience required, with some S/4 Hana experience preferred

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Senior Developer & Architect with deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA ERP, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud platforms, integration frameworks, and AI-driven innovation. T **his is a hybrid role, three days a week in the office, either in our Lisle, IL, Richardson, TX or Charlotte, NC.** Relocation assistance is not available and preference will be given to local candidates.
**How You'll Help Us Connect the World**
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical acumen and hands-on experience in architecting, designing, and developing scalable, clean-core SAP solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead technical initiatives, integrate SAP and non-SAP systems, drive innovation, transformation through intelligent automation, and extensibility using modern SAP technologies.
Key Responsibilities
+ Collaborate with functional analysts and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into robust technical specifications
+ Architect and lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA solutions with a focus on extensibility using SAP BTP (CAP, SAP Build, Event Mesh, etc.).
+ Develop comprehensive technical design documents for WRICEF objects, adhering to SAP best practices and business objectives.
+ Oversee and contribute to the development of WRICEF components, Gateway services, and side-by-side extensions using ABAP, Fiori/UI5, RAP, CAPM, SAP HANA modeling and GitHub CoPilot for Eclipse.
+ Ensure clean-core principles through side-by-side extensibility and low-code/no-code tools, such as SAP Build Work Zone.
+ Design and implement integration strategies using SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management, Open Connectors).
+ Develop and execute data migration strategies, including data extraction, transformation, and loading using SAP Data Services or equivalent ETL tools.
+ Collaborate with business stakeholders to define AI/ML use cases and embed SAP Business AI services (e.g., Joule, Document Information Extraction, Data Attribute Recommendation).
+ Oversee development using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), Fiori/UI5, and GitHub CoPilot for Eclipse.
+ Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to team members and end-users to ensure effective solution adoption.
+ Stay abreast of emerging SAP technologies and best practices and proactively recommend improvements for system performance and scalability.
**Required Qualifications for Consideration:**
+ 6+ years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, including deep knowledge of core modules such as Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, and HR.
+ Proficiency in ABAP, RAP, CDS Views, and Fiori/UI5 development.
+ Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP services, including Integration Suite, AI Core, and SAP Build.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to architect innovative solutions for complex business challenges.
+ Experience with SAP RISE, Clean Core strategy, and cloud-first architecture.
+ Familiarity with AI/ML integration in SAP landscapes, including prompt engineering and foundation model adaptation.
+ Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
**You Will Excite Us If You Have:**

+ Experience with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and other integration tools is preferred.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $87,400 - $135,500.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
