• Lead and participate in program/projects and contribute to the design, development and implementation of IT solutions related to Finance and Supply Chain.
• Lead and collaborate across businesses and IT to ensure that technical design meets the business requirements and IT strategy on Finance processes and standards
• You will be required to analyze the business requirements and configure Supply Chain SAP systems to meet the overall design
• Work with Supply Chain IT architects to ensure that functional design meets the overall architecture for the solution
• Lead and participate in project architecture reviews to ensure the design meets the overall program/project requirements
• Lead and participate on Global initiatives to develop Finance processes, standards and ensure effective adoption of the standards across all platforms
• Lead and actively participate in Supply Chain team activities including information validation and facilitation of team decision making process

The Functional Lead - SAP CO partners with Business Process Owners and product management teams to drive transformation by providing functional expertise and identifying modern technology solutions leveraging industry leading practices. Helps to develop transformation roadmap and identify / quantify value drivers.

What will you do?

• Provide process and solution expertise and drive process standardization.
• Provide leading practice on Design Decisions and drive to resolution with Product Managers/Owners.
• Confirm process scope and required customizations with Product Managers / Owners.
• Work with Product Managers/Owners to identify and quantify value drivers.
• Work with Solution Architects and provide functional input and expertise to Roadmap development.
• Participates and supports Scrum teams in Sprint planning, execution, documenting and delivering the user stories.
• Help the teams to segment, sequence, and prioritize work efforts.
• Assist to address risks and clear impediments.
• Provide guidance and guardrails for the team to ensure solution is aligned to product vision.
• Encourage innovation and problem-solving to address user concerns without customizations.
• Help the teams to identify test scope and verify that end-to-end processes are covered appropriately.
• Collaborate with Functional and Development teams to ensure delivery of the User Stories within the predefined sprints.
• Work with Change Management on stakeholder engagement activities.
• Help develop comprehensive Cutover plan, encompassing business & technical activities for end-to-end solution.
• Drive defect resolution and clear roadblocks.

• Requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Finance as well as 5-10 years of relevant experience in SAP FICO.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Controlling capabilities and leading industry practices.
• Deep understanding of controlling processes and demonstrated experience of playing leading role in multiple complex SAP implementation projects.
• Hands-on experience in designing, building, and implementing solutions in SAP CO (Profitability Analysis, Product Costing, Cost & Profit Center Accounting)
• Certification and hands-on experience on S/4 HANA Finance (at least one implementation cycle) is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with Event Based Revenue Recognition (EBRR) or Revenue Accounting & Reporting module (SAP RAR) is preferred.
• Good understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce, Record to Report process flows is required.
• Knowledge or experience in integrating controlling processes with Sales and Distribution, Production, Procurement modules of SAP is required.
• Understanding of financial flows for various manufacturing processes like MTS, MTO, CTO, ETO is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience in integrating controlling processes with Project Systems is desired but not required.
• Advanced proficiency in excel application is preferred to perform financial reconciliations and system or data validations.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and SAP Project Implementation Methodology, Project management tools and techniques.
• Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks, practices, and theory. SAFe experience highly desired.

We are seeking a skilled SAP CO Functional Consultant with expertise in S/4HANA to lead and ensure the seamless end-to-end integration of the S/4HANA Finance solution. You will play a key role in the implementation and deployment of the Finance project, acting as the owner of the solution and coordinating closely with project teams. Responsibilities Participate in business workshops to help design the future Core Model, ensuring full integration of the S/4HANA Finance solution. Adjust and configure CO modules based on workshop outcomes and evolving business needs. Act as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear communication and alignment. Prepare detailed functional specifications in English. Collaborate with IT teams to identify post-MVP releases and define implementation strategies that minimize disruptions to current systems. Contribute to integration, testing, and migration planning. Support Product Owners by offering insights and guidance rooted in digital best practices and industry standards. Recommend improvements and assist in prioritizing the Product Backlog based on business value. Ensure Product Backlog transparency, clarity, and accessibility for all stakeholders. Break down features into user stories that can be delivered within a sprint, including defining acceptance criteria. Help clarify user stories and support technical and defect stories as needed. Participate in Agile ceremonies and actively engage with the Scrum team. Qualifications Strong business analysis skills and experience modeling business processes in S/4HANA. Deep understanding of controlling flows including standard cost, actual cost, and material ledger. Expertise in defining and managing CO-related interfaces. Solid knowledge of integrated business processes: S2P, R2R, O2C, and PP. Hands-on experience with S/4HANA configuration. Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and maintain a business-focused approach. Comfortable sharing and transferring knowledge across teams and stakeholders. Fluent in English (spoken and written). Ideal Profile: Over 5 years of experience in large-scale transformation or ERP implementation projects. Proven track record of success in SAP S/4HANA deployment environments.
