Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• As part of SAP basis team senior DBA should have professional experience administration, architect, monitor HANA databases running on single/multi node, single tenant / multi-tenant environments.
• Profound knowledge on SAP CDS architecture and performance tuning of HANA databases.
• Nice to have S/4 HANA basis technical stack experience.
• As part of the Basis Center of Excellence (BCOE) the candidate will provide hands on leadership working individually or with teams to support existing applications and participate in new projects

• Resource should have an Excellent hands-on experience in SAP BASIS support & maintenance work in S4 HANA environment
• Should have an excellent SAP / DB performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.
• Should have a good in Windows and Linux administration skills.
• Handling of tickets.
• Strong experience in SAP Implementation (Installs and configuration) and Application upgrades including EHPs.
• Strong hands-on SAP / DB Migrations (Homogeneous and Heterogenous) on HANA
• SAP Products knowledge: ECC, BW on HANA, Solution Manager, SLT, Taxware, Gateway, FIORI,GTS, Enterprise Portal, Web dispatcher, PI / PO , BOBJ / BODS Administration.
• Should be proficient in solution manager install, Configurations and its administration - EWA configuration, satellite system config, Solman setup, technical monitoring setup, Focused Insight configs, CHARM support .etc.
• Good in SAP NetWeaver Java administration and legacy/third party application integrations.
• Good experience on HANA Administration , alert setup, Parameter tuning, handling Hana alerts, HANA DB Patch update, DB backup, restore / recovery.etc.
• Should be ready to learn new SAP products/skills - be a fast learner and with good learning attitude.
• Should be flexible for on-call and weekend activities.
• Should have an excellent client coordination and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of IT Service Management and SAP Basis?
• Hands on experience with SAP Basis activities, SAP release upgrades and infrastructure updates for cloud customers ?
• Experiences in performing system owner ted tasks?
• Willingness to work during weekends/ off business hours? Profound Cloud architecture and IT technical infrastructure know-how?
• Technical and application expertise for different cloud solutions (min. HEC & S/4HANA)?
• Strong command in de-escalating situations?
• Project management experiences and certifications (PRINCE2, PMP,.)?
• Experience in working with cross-cultural teams or individuals? Proficiency in English (Written and verbal), additional (local) languages are plus
