Resource should be skilled and knowledgeable with SAP-GTS and SAP-ECC applications and will be responsible for providing technical support and solutioning for the GTS Product Team. Standard work for this resource will include:
• Reviewing IT incidents and providing root cause analysis for GTS related issues reported by end users
• Working with end users to define business requirements and determine appropriate technical solutions
• Working with developers on system changes
o Creation of test data and replication of production issues
o Functional and QA Testing of new system changes
o Confirming system changes are working as expected when moved into Production
This resource will need to participate in daily scrum meetings with the GTS Product team where projects, technical changes, and open issues are discussed and prioritized.
Experience and Skills:
