1. Expert level knowledge / hands on experience in customizing and configuring SAP FICO - General Ledger (GL), Fixed Assets (FA) Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Bank and Treasury, Cost and Profit Center Accounting, Project Systems (PA), Internal Orders, and SAP POSDM Sales audit system.
2. Advanced knowledge of the MM/FI and SD/FI integration as related to invoices.
3. Advanced skills supporting month end, quarter end, year-end FICO processes and propose process optimization.
4. Expert level knowledge in Finance Interfaces leveraging IDOC, BAPI, API, File and EDI
5. Advanced knowledge of FI, MM and SD tables as related to FICO.
6. Ability to independently lead and deliver projects on time with minimal direction from solution standpoint, working with project team members (both SAP and non-SAP areas), businesses and other project stakeholders.
7. Superior collaboration, communication, and critical thinking skills.
8. Ability to develop new problem-solving approaches and formulate innovative solutions.
9. Able to lead requirement/solution discussion with cross-functional teams such as MM, Sales/Inventory, Reporting, and QA Systems

• 15+ years of combined business and configuration experience in SAP FI & CO Modules
• Strong knowledge in CO in the areas to Overhead accounting, Co-products and By-production & Transfer Pricing.
• In depth understanding BOM & Routings and integration with CO module.
• Knowledge on CO month end processes.
• Strong technical and hands-on experience implementing Finance & Controlling module including knowledge make to stock & make to order scenario.
• Expert knowledge on P2P & R2R End to End business process and SAP knowledge.
• Experience in writing complex functional specification and Configuration document.
• Familiar with all integration touch points in FI with CO, MM, WM, PP & SD.
• Communicate clearly with team members, Business Analyst, Customers and management.
• Experience Manufacturing or business experience with a solid understanding of business operations /processes

• Required Skills: SAP FI : 5-10 years
• Analytical Thinking : 5-10 years SAP FICO functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP Finance modules.
• Experience in 2-3 full implementation of SAP FI modules.
• Experience in gathering business requirements, providing conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs, performing necessary SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs, testing, co-ordination of transports to production and post go live support.
• Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentations creation and delivery. Minimum 5 years of SAP FICO / FI-CA experience.
• Good understanding of accounting concepts .
• Bachelors Degrees and Post graduate degree (MBA / CA) is required.
• Prior experience in high tech or software industries is preferred.
• Nice to Have:1) RAR Experience- 1-2yrs

• Process expertise and solution design in SAP Finance, Intercompany processes and reconciliation, integration with other SAP Modules and non-SAP tools like OneSource, Hadoop platforms.
