We are looking for an SAP FICO Functional Consultant. This is a direct hire opportunity based out of Santa Ana, CA (Onsite).
Seeking an experienced SAP FICO Functional Consultant to join our IT team. The role also facilitates effective communication with various stakeholders throughout project & critical support lifecycles.

**Pay Transparency Notice:**
Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $90,000 to $110,000. Compensation for roles at GN depend on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off and paid holidays.
**Location:** Onsite at (Bloomington MN/Shakopee MN) as part of a global Digital, Data & IT organization collaborating with colleagues onsite and across regions (APAC, EMEA, AMER)
**Schedule:** Typically, Monday - Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Hybrid with a minimum of 3 days a week in office.
**Travel Requirements** : Less than 25 days per year for Training purposes.

**Duties:**
+ Lead the Finance & Controlling (FICO) workstream for the TIME project.
+ Provide expertise in FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
+ Work closely with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement configurations.
+ Ensure integration with PP, MM, SD, and other SAP modules.
+ Prepare functional specifications, support development, and ensure successful testing and cutover.
+ Handle month-end and year-end closing processes.
+ Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members.
**Skills:**
+ Strong knowledge of SAP FI sub-modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Banking).
+ Strong knowledge of SAP CO processes (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing, COPA).
+ Expertise in product costing, profitability analysis, and integration with logistics modules (MM, SD, PP).
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities.
**Experience:**
+ 8-12 years of SAP experience, including multiple end-to-end FICO implementations.
+ Hands-on experience in SAP support and configuration.
**Education:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field. SAP certification is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $105,000 to $115,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
