Responsibilities:
+ Responsible for managing incoming calls and provide technical support.
+ Work closely with the SAP Business Analyst to analyze all calls and/or emails relating to SAP transactions that include (but not limited to) Accounting, Parts, Service & Warranty, Vehicle Inventory and Vehicle Sales.
+ Maintain documented events for volume reporting, identify and address re-occurring problems and assist in the development and execution of ERP and business process best practices across the organization.

Basic Qualifications:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Application Support Manager to lead the support and maintenance of enterprise applications, with a strong focus on SAP BusinessObjects (SAP BO) and other general business systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SQL and a proven ability to manage cross-functional support initiatives. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Lead the application support function across core business applications, including SAP BO and other enterprise tools.
+ Serve as the escalation point for complex application issues, coordinating with internal teams and third-party vendors.
+ Drive root cause analysis and implement preventative measures for recurring incidents.
+ Oversee and optimize SQL queries and database interactions to ensure application performance.
+ Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, provide solutions, and improve application usage and functionality.
+ Maintain application documentation, knowledge bases, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
+ Manage a small team or collaborate with offshore/onshore resources, as applicable.

Requirements
Qualifications:

+ Strong knowledge of SAP BusinessObjects - administration, report creation, and troubleshooting.
+ Experience supporting enterprise applications in a pharmaceutical or biotech environment is highly preferred.
+ Familiarity with validation and compliance processes (e.g., GxP, 21 CFR Part 11) is a plus.
+ Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
+ Experience with ITIL practices and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Jira.
+ Project management experience and the ability to lead initiatives across multiple departments.
+ Exposure to cloud-based application environments (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.

  • Develops written technical approaches and methodologies with regard to security proposals
  • Processes personnel background investigations for special security clearance actions including:
    • Formulating and ensuring compliance with automated information systems security procedures
    • Suggesting, implementing, and monitoring compliance with special security policies and procedures
    • Conducting and coordinating the training for special security representatives
    • Performing as a liaison with Government and industrial security officials, overseeing collateral and higher access and badge procedures.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Minimum of six (6) years Physical, Personnel and Special Security experience within DoD or equivalent Government agencies required, with operational level experience preferred
  • Experience in compartmented programs in DoD, U.S. Intelligence Community or supporting U.S. Contractors
  • Experience in planning/accrediting facilities in accordance with the ICD 7051 standard.
  • Working knowledge of security policies and procedures to include National Industrial Security Program Supplement, and DoD Volumes 1-3
  • Experience in security training or security inspections is highly desirable
  • Thorough familiarity with all security processes
  • Must possess a valid US passport
  • Ability to successfully complete all medical examinations required by the client, including for any temporary duty or full-time deployment as required
  • Must be able to pass all pre-deployment requirements as deemed necessary to be considered deployable
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
