The Master Data Governance and Maintenance Business Partner, reporting into the SAP program Manager, is responsible for defining and executing the data strategy for vendor and customer master data as well as the governance activities required in our ERP systems. Although a business function of the organization, this individual must understand the complex relationship of the interaction of systems and technologies with various business activities across the organization comprised of those areas Master Data supports. This individual is a strong agent of change, participates in the development of new processes, technologies and applications to better serve the organization, and ultimately the consumer. Essential Functions

The core functions of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Develops corporate standards for Vendor and Customer Master Data

• Develop and enforce a data governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures for master data management as it related to vendor and customer master data.

Position Summary - We are seeking a Master Data Analyst to support the Culligan Retail NA business within Consumer Products by leading data cleanup, standardization, and governance activities within our ERP system (Sage preferred). This role will play a critical part in ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and reliability, enabling effective decision-making across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• • Own and manage the cleanup, validation, and standardization of master data within the ERP system (Sage preferred).

Compensation for this position

The compensation range for this role is $48,700- 76,200. The listed salary range or contractual rate excludes bonuses, incentives, differential pay, and any other forms of compensation or benefits. The starting salary will be determined by several variables, including but not limited to experience, education, training, certification, and location. You may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary incentive award, commissions, and program-specific awards, which are subject to the rules governing these programs.

Overall Objective:
