Responsibilities:
- Configure and manage SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Materials Management (MM) functionalities to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement Fit-to-Standard Public Cloud processes in alignment with industry best practices.
- Partner with other module leads, including PP, SD, and WM, to ensure seamless integration across manufacturing and supply chain operations.
- Support procurement, inventory management, vendor relations, and material planning within the S/4HANA Public Cloud environment.
- Translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, minimizing custom developments.
- Facilitate data migration, testing, and go-live activities to ensure smooth implementation.
- Provide comprehensive training and documentation to end users to enhance system adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring system reliability and optimal performance.
- Contribute to global rollout initiatives by applying knowledge of supply chain processes. Requirements - Minimum of 8 years of SAP MM experience, with at least 2-3 years in S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, especially in discrete manufacturing; experience in the aerospace industry is a plus.
- Hands-on expertise with SAP Public Cloud Fit-to-Standard methodology.
- Proficiency in global supply chain processes and the ability to support global rollouts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience with related SAP modules, such as PP, SD, and WM, is highly desirable.

**The Work:**
The SAP MM/MRP Functional Consultant will serve as a technical expert in the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes. Business processes include but are not limited to highly customized MRP activity that should take place to improve material availability, contain costs, and keep excess inventory to a minimum.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assist the Government in ensuring all RICEFWs are documented as to why, how and what the RICEFWs will be used for to support MRP sustainment processes
+ Understand the security roles that can execute the MRP process and how that access is differentiated (i.e., ABC display MRP results, while XYZ can execute a MRP run)
+ Monitor the MRP process
+ Troubleshoot and provide remediation if required
+ Understand the lifecycle of service requests, Help Desk Tickets, change items and software development
+ Recognize MRP integration points with other transition packages
**Here's What You Need:**
+ 5+ years of SAP MRP experience
+ At minimum of three full project lifecycle implementations
+ Experience in ECC 6.0
+ Experience in the MM module
+ Strong integration knowledge of MM, FIN, SD, PM, MRP and IM/WM
+ Strong experience with interfacing tools/technologies such as IDOC, BAPI, ALE & RFC and SAP PI
+ Experience in analyzing business processes and recommending BPR options based on SAP COTS capabilities and current solution

Your role:
Zanders specializes in treasury & risk management and with the growing number of projects and expansion plans, we are looking to hire someone who has the ambition not only to further grow in corporate treasury and technology solutions, but also to contribute to the development of our capabilities in the USA and wider, global team. We are looking for a candidate with a strong core treasury knowledge and proven experience in implementing and configuring SAP .
In this position you will be joining a team of dynamic, experienced Consultants, who operate collaboratively to share knowledge and work at the highest standards to deliver to our clients. You will be involved in project work, business development and other activities including personalized trainings, to help you grow.
Candidates with more experience may be considered for a more senior position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute in end-to-end SAP implementation projects - project scoping, planning, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
- Provide support to clients during the implementation, understanding their treasury management requirements, advising on best practices, and ensuring solutions provided align with their needs and objectives.
- Being part of cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and clients' resources, to ensure smooth and timely execution of project deliverables.
- Updating stakeholders on project status, timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and proactive issue management.
- Advising clients surrounding their treasury technology solutions. This could include re-defining current technology practises, vendor selection and implementation of treasury technology solutions.
- Identifying new business/project opportunities both locally and internationally.
- Playing a part in commercial activities such as presentations, RFP's, events and networking.
- Managing treasury advisory projects from start to finish, ensuring that deliverables are submitted to clients at a high quality, on a timely basis and in line with the agreed engagement terms.
- Minimum 3-5 years engagement in implementation of SAP Treasury modules and other related tools such as SWIFT, trading portals and market data providers.
- Strong skills in SAP-Treasury, specifically with Money Market, Loans, Foreign Exchange (including Hedge Management), Securities and Derivatives (IRS, Options, Futures, Options, SWAPS etc), Cash and Liquidity Management.
- Knowledge in Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, Treasury Management Systems, In-House Banking, Payment Factories, Bank Connectivity.
- Background in a corporate or consulting environment.
- Extremely client focused and experienced in resolving challenging problems and creating practical solutions.
- Experience in project management and/or leading projects and strong team player.
- Relevant professional qualifications including a Bachelors or Masters.
- Business fluent (or native) English is required.
- Willingness to travel.
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment - the opportunity to be based at home with some travel to the office and client site as needed.
