Summary
The Senior ERP Support Specialist is responsible for ensuring the functionality of the critical business applications, specifically the ERP (Infor Syteline) and other applications as needed throughout the organization. They will perform duties related to the implementation, management, maintenance, enhancement, support, and decommission of critical software systems. Duties include consulting with stakeholders to gather and define requirements; configure and implement new systems and/or enhance existing systems; write and execute test plans; troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues; deliver training and guidance to end users and system/service owners; develop and maintain system documentation; prepare robust reports to enhance strategic business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of business systems.
- Develop, analyze, and maintain new or current system processes and workflows.
- Lead integration projects to bring additional functionality to systems as needed.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement new systems and solutions, or identify enhancements to existing systems; define requirements and specifications.
- Develop and execute test plans and scripts, as well as other quality assurance measures; lead testing such as user acceptance, performance, security, usability, etc.
- Collect user feedback regarding system performance and work with team to prioritize configuration requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT staff to streamline solution implementations.
- Maintain relationships with vendors; work with vendors on bug fixes, new features, and proper use of products.
- Assist in writing specifications used by developers for automation of business processes.
- Participate in the implementation of system patches, updates, and maintenance.
- Develop and provide trainings, demonstrations, and regular communication to end-users.
- Maintain records of system integrations, changes, and incidents.
- Lead portions of large tasks or projects; build and maintain project management skills.

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience with Infor Syteline.
- 5+ years of experience in a business systems analyst/implementation position within an industrial/manufacturing environment.
- Strong ERP and Systems implementation and maintenance/troubleshooting experience within a manufacturing environment.
- Excellent problem solving, project management, communication and technical skills.
- Strong business and technical acumen and strategic thinking.

Location: This position is located in Longmont, CO with flexibility to work remotely as needed.
Base Compensation: $120,000 - $138,000 is the projected compensation range for this role depending on the candidate's overall qualifications and experience.

Summary:
The IT ERP Support Analyst is responsible for serving as a single point-of-contact for production issues, servicing requests for ERP end-users and functionality enhancements, and ensuring timely and appropriate resolution of multiple medium-difficult production issues. + Be the initial contact of tickets in the JIRA ticketing queue - engage business user to replicate issues, educate, determine actionable items to resolve request in ERP
+ Work with the team in creation of intake and production problem tickets, being accountable for the thoroughness, accuracy, and timeliness of tickets
+ Analyze multiple medium-difficult business problems and assess how automated systems or process changes can be implemented to solve them
+ Log programming issues needed for system glitches or system enhancements for in JIRA
+ Run Data Cleanup reports each day to correct data or have appropriate user make the corrections
+ Responsible for regression testing activities, identifying expected results, escalating any defect found to the application team
+ Perform updates to Trade Service and Net Pricer based on external customer requests
+ Track production support issues, provide dependable updates within the request ticket and ensure appropriate assignments and priorities within the agreed SLA
+ Set up new hires in ERP, perform role and task changes in ERP for job title changes, Terminate ERP access for associates no longer with the company - assist in auditing ERP access twice a year

+ Identify root cause of single or recurring incident/s, provide development with steps to re-create the incident, provide workaround solution where possible to solve for the user's immediate need. Investigate permanent solutions based on priority

**About The Role:**
This position will be responsible for providing technical support to the full product suite for Alio/LINQ ERP. This position reports to the Alio/LINQ ERP Manager of Client Support. This position is a key member of our customer support team providing professional support to Alio/LINQ ERP customers. The right candidate will have experience in providing software support to school district associates, school staff and/or student parents. A background in K12 education and/or accounting knowledge would be a plus. You will collaborate throughout our organization to deliver a great customer experience resolving customer issues.
**What** **You'll** **Be Doing:**
Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service through building rapport and relationships with our customer base. Always be professional, courteous, and respectful in every interaction.
Problem Solving: Act as a consultant on all Alio/LINQ ERP software products. Effectively troubleshoot and solve issues by utilizing all available tools and resources. This includes taking calls, emails, and chat sessions to ensure we are providing the best solutions to our clients. Document customer issues in Salesforce
Training Documents: Contribute to creating training documentation for customers and internal use.
Product Documentation: Document enhancement requests and software defects for our development team. Create a Salesforce ticket for each customer interaction.

Insight Global is seeking a Sr. Direct Support Analyst to support a large federal client out of San Diego in a fast paced environment. This client is supporting a large financial transformation for the Department of the Navy. The client is supporting the migration of legacy financial systems to Navy ERP. Daily, this candidate will be sitting side by side with the government customer focusing on customer support, troubleshooting, communications across teams, and end user support of the migration. This specific role will be focused on direct partnership with the client and completing all assigned tasks as well as providing consultations on the budget execution through high level briefing. As the lead, this candidate will be the "right-hand" to the client and overseeing the rest of the on-site team as well as being the go-to liaison between the client/stake holders and the prime contract holder. Some focus areas will be mapping of business processes from legacy to the future state system, budget planning, budget execution, distribution of funds in junction with OPTAR management. The work will be done in an on-site capacity, with some potential for hybrid work after ramping up. Since this is a customer centric role, having strong organization, communication, sense of urgency, and interpersonal relationship building are key qualifications. This a long-term contracting role with Insight Global through 2026, with potential extensions. The client is aiming for a start date of April 1st.
