"Minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering application development projects, along with a minimum of 1 year as a technical lead

• Strong project management skills, with experience in organizing, planning, and executing large scale projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors

• SAP Technical knowledge with hands-on experience, managing SAP projects, with emphasis on SAP FICO.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms

• Demonstrating leadership skills and possessing a track record of managing technical staff and financial resources through various life-cycle phases (cross-functional experience highly desirable)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills

Qualifications
Required
+ Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus equivalent experience
+ 5+ years of relevant SAP consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large consulting firm, boutique consulting firm, or as an internal consultant within industry
+ 3+ years of functional configuration experience with the SAP EAM/PM module
+ 1+ year of direct configuration or solution design experience with one or more of the following SAP modules: MM, QM, PP or CO/internal orders
+ Experience participating in all phases of at least 2 full end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on SAPEAM/PM, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
+ 2+ years' experience in a technical or functional lead role, overseeing teams on at least 1 SAP EAM/PM, end-to-end full lifecycle implementations
+ Experience with at least 1 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations
+ Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
