Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead the migration from JDE to SAP, own system integration, and train users on capabilities. This role requires someone who can dive into the system , manage updates, and drive adoption across finance and controls.

• Own and manage SAP S/4HANA roadmap (Financials & Controls focus)

Implementation Partner is actively working on the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud upgrade from SAP ECC 6.0 and is currently in the Explore phase of the SAP Activate Methodology. We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented SAP Project Manager with a strong background in Agile Project Management, a deep understanding of the SAP Activate methodology, and proven experience in managing system integration projects. You will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of our SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud upgrade and its integration with our Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maximizing business value. • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud upgrade project and its integrations, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Apply Agile Project Management principles and practices, including Scrum or Kanban, to facilitate iterative development, flexibility, and rapid value delivery for the core SAP implementation and the Salesforce, Ariba, Vertex, ShipERP, and SPS Commerce integrations.
• Utilize the SAP Activate methodology as the guiding framework for the SAP S/4HANA implementation, ensuring adherence to its phases (Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run), workstreams, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with the SAP Activate roadmap and integration requirements.

• Ensure clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders, including executive leadership, project team members, the implementation partner, and administrators for all integrated systems.
• Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the SAP implementation and the integrations, and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project budget, including the implementation partner's fees, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
• Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure the delivered SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solution and all integrations meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Manage change control processes effectively, assessing the impact of changes on the SAP and integrated environments and ensuring appropriate approvals, in coordination with Argano.
• Facilitate the cutover planning and execution for the go-live of the SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud environment and the integrated functionalities.
• Ensure proper knowledge transfer and documentation throughout the project lifecycle, involving both internal teams and the implementation partner.
• Foster a collaborative and productive project environment, promoting teamwork and open communication between internal teams and Argano.
• Oversee the integration of SAP S/4HANA with Salesforce, Ariba, Vertex, ShipERP, and SPS Commerce via SAP BTP/CPI, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.

The Senior IT Project Manager serves as delivery lead for the S/4HANA program and orchestrates the integrated delivery schedule across all workstreams, and dependent projects led by individual PMs (e.g., IS-U Billing/FICA, EAM/Mobile, MM/Procurement, FI/CO, CRM→Service Cloud v2, Commerce/Hybris, CPI integrations, BW/Analytics). This role works in close partnership with the Program Manager and in conjunction with Business Owners, IT teams, and third-party consultants/System Integrator (SI), to ensure fit-to-standard outcomes, timely decisions, and clean execution through each project phase.
