Job Description

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented SAP Reporting Consultant with **expertise in SAP ECC Reporting and** **SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) -** to support the development of financial and business reporting solutions. These roles will work closely with finance and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, design ECC stories, develop and write reports and ensure data accuracy and alignment with key performance measures. Role is Hybrid 2 days at the client site (ideally Springfield MA, but Hybrid in Boston or NYC locations may also instead).
+ Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
+ Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using SAP ECC / SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
+ Translate business needs into technical specifications and reporting solutions.
+ Work with technical teams to ensure proper data modeling and integration.
+ Validate data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards.
+ Ensure alignment of reports with key business metrics and KPIs.
+ Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from stakeholders.
+ Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to support complex data analysis and reporting needs.
+ Proven report writing experience in SAP ECC and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), in a reporting or analytics role.
+ Strong understanding of financial and business reporting processes.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation.
+ Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Experience gathering requirements, designing reports and writing reports in SAP ECC, SAP BW, S/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud or other SAP reporting tools.
+ Background in finance, accounting, or business analysis.
+ Familiarity with data visualization best practices.

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Management Information Systems degree (MIS) preferred. One to two years of experience in data management or project management. One to two years of experience working with banking or financial services data preferred. Power BI experience required. Experience with COCC and Insight is a plus. Familiarity with business process mapping and process improvement tools. Functional understanding of data reporting, including SQL. Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite of programs and able to become proficient in the use of a wide range of technologies, software applications and office equipment that may be used in the performance of responsibilities. Must demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and top-notch customer service. Must interact with customers, team members, and vendors in a collaborative, positive, and professional manner.
