• Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and performing SAP ERP and other systems-related requirement analysis, proposals, design, implementation, and operation for our key accounts.
• Overseeing project execution and ensuring the on-time, on-budget completion of projects which meet or exceed the client's needs and expectations.
• Solves software requirements by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems to meet user needs.
• Change SAP ERP and other system configurations or programs.
• Create and maintain documentation of program designs and operation manuals by interpreting instructions and conducting training sessions as necessary.
• Communicate and negotiate with project stakeholders.
• Analyze client inquiries and requirements.

The right candidate will possess:

• Experience • Minimum 1 year of user support and 5 years of implementation experience with SAP ERP.
• Project management skills.
• Analytical skills regarding requirement definitions, development, implementation of SAP ERP and other system applications, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Minimum one year of user support and five years of implementation experience with SAP ERP.

• Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• SAP Application Associate certifications are preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Effective English communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

TPG is partnering with a high-growth lifestyle brand to hire a Senior Manager - SAP SD Lead on a contract-to-hire basis. This is a highly visible position supporting a core ERP workstream within a modern, cloud-forward S/4HANA environment. The role combines team leadership with hands-on SAP SD configuration and project delivery, reporting directly to senior IT leadership.

This position is based onsite at the company's headquarters in Austin, TX, four days per week (Monday-Thursday), offering a dynamic and collaborative workplace built around innovation, customer experience, and operational excellence.

• Lead a small team of SAP SD professionals (2 FTEs + 4 contractors)
• Design, configure, and deploy SAP SD solutions aligned with business needs
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, and E-Commerce teams
• Manage SD deliverables across project workstreams involving S/4HANA and external integrations
• Serve as a strategic advisor to IT leadership, stepping into expanded responsibilities as needed
• Contribute to systems enhancement, process optimization, and solution scalability

+ Experience participating in all phases of at least 4 full end-to-end SAP implementations, with a focus on SAP SD/OTC, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
+ 4+ years' experience in a technical or functional lead role, overseeing teams on at least 2 SAP end-to-end full lifecycle implementations
+ Experience with a minimum of 2 full life cycle SAP S4 HANA implementations
+ Bachelor's degree or Associate degree plus equivalent work experience
+ Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred Qualifications
+ Master's degree
+ Experience migrating SAP ECC to S/4 Hana
+ Previous experience working directly for a "Big 4" consulting firm
+ Signavio experience
+ At least 1 current SAP certification
