• Define systems strategy, develop systems technical requirements, design and prototype testing, and define support procedures, plus implement workable business solutions
• Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements including the facilitation of workshops to collect business requirements.
• Analyze system user requirements to define and design system interfaces, enhancements, and/or modifications.
• Work closely with the business and functional teams regarding the viability of business requirements and the potential impact.
• Design Interface solutions based on Functional Specs and the review of technical specifications
• Advise on automating transaction, master data integration and order management.
• Support the implementation and migration of projects.
• Involved in gathering, consolidation, cleansing and uploading of master data (ex. Material Master, Info records, Vendor master and Customer master) from legacy systems and load data to SAP
• Stay up to date on SAP solutions and bring forward recommendations to business partners where new feature functionality can solve Agiliti business problems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related degree
• At least 8+ years of work experience in SAP for manufacturing, or services environments, implementing SAP applications.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

• Hands-on manufacturing configuration experience in S/4 HANA 2023 with at least one full implementation/migration project.
• Experience implementing SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud in a manufacturing plant.
• Expertise in SAP Best Practices for discrete manufacturing in make-to-stock and make-to-order environment.
• Experienced in production planning (PP) and quality management (QM) master data, Planning strategies - sales and operation planning, material requirement planning, distributed resource planning, production order, capacity planning and KANBAN.

Position Summary:

The SAP Solution Architect leads the definition and implementation of all SAP application and technology strategies, including SAP's strategic fit in the broader technology landscape. In collaboration with other architects, engineers, and IT specialists, this role is responsible for analyzing current Information Technology (IT) trends, developing application development and technology strategies, creating and communicating integration strategies between systems, and developing conceptual future state mandates, models and roadmaps to provide guidance for enterprise solutions and IT planning efforts. What you'll do:

• Embraces an enterprise level architecture focus and alignment with the overall company business strategy

• Engages with the architecture councils, application and technical domain architects and engineers across all teams to ensure adherence to the architectural vision and standards to ensure the transition of plans from current status to future direction

• In collaboration with other architects identifies and tracks key performance indicators

• Leads groups of SAP application and technical teams to provide stewardship over the SAP application and technology portfolio

What you'll bring to the table:

• Bachelor's Degree required.

We are seeking a strategic SAP Solutions Architect to lead the enterprise ERP transformation, centered around SAP S/4 HANA. This newly created role is critical to driving system modernization and aligning SAP capabilities with business goals in the utilities sector. This is a hybrid position based in Dutchess County, NY.

Starting at $120,000/year.

SAP Solutions Architect's Responsibilities and Duties :

• Lead a major SAP S/4 HANA implementation or migration from ECC, serving as a functional lead with strong technical acumen.
• Guide and mentor a team of 2-3 full-time employees and oversee a global consultant team (onshore/offshore).
• Architect and deliver transformational SAP projects, including new module implementations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business leaders to align system capabilities with organizational goals and the IT roadmap.
• Drive continuous improvement, elevate team performance, and ensure delivery excellence throughout the 18+ month ERP program.

SAP Solutions Architect's Qualifications and Skills :

• At least 10 years of SAP experience with a focus on S/4 HANA and ERP transformations.
• Demonstrated success leading SAP programs in the utilities industry (e.g., ConEd, NYPA, National Grid, Eversource).
• Deep functional SAP knowledge with enough technical insight to drive solution design and implementation.
• Proven leadership in managing hybrid (onshore/offshore) teams across complex, enterprise-wide projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record of aligning IT with business strategy.
