The Program ISSM has cognizance over all SAPs at the Tewksbury site per Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code as stipulated by various US Government requirements including (but not limited to): National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM) and related documentation such as:

**What You Will Do**
+ Complete Special Access Programs, and Raytheon GSS required training within 6 months of appointment (annual requirements thereafter).
+ Accountability for all systems under site CAGE and SBU: metrics, Raytheon business process (RCAST), Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) as described by Sr. ISSM
+ Maintaining a working knowledge of all SAP functions, security policies, technical security safeguards, and operational security measures.

+ Manage and implement semi-annual SuccessFactors release updates and other system patches/upgrades, including performing impact analysis, testing new functionalities, and coordinating deployment.
+ Proactively monitor system performance, data integrity, and integration health, identifying and addressing potential issues.
+ Participate in People Systems projects, including requirements gathering, solution design input, configuration, testing, and deployment support for new modules or enhancements.
+ Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and internal data management policies.
**What We're Looking For On Your Resume**
+ 5-7+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator for HRIS platforms, with at least 3-5+ years of direct, in-depth experience specifically administering and configuring SAP SuccessFactors.
+ Deep expertise in configuring and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, Time Off, and Onboarding modules with a good understanding of HR data security principles, role-based permission concepts, and compliance best practices.
+ Proficiency in SuccessFactors tools such as Business Rules Engine, MDF Objects, Reporting/Analytics, and familiarity with Integration Center.
+ Proven experience with SuccessFactors implementations or significant enhancement projects in the core modules (EC, Time Off, Onboarding).
+ Advanced troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to resolve complex technical system issues.
+ Strong understanding of core HR processes including hire-to-retire, employee data management, time tracking and absence management, and new hire onboarding.
+ Proven ability to effectively engage and manage diverse stakeholders, ensuring alignment and driving successful outcomes.
+ Demonstrated experience in standardizing and simplifying complex system configurations and HR processes.
+ Proficiency in building and maintaining internal processes that align with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and compliance best practices.
+ Experience working with external consultants and/or SAP support.
+ Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Strong commitment to maintaining robust, efficient, and secure HR systems with a keen eye for detail.
+ Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and meet deadlines.
+ Experience with other HR tools (e.g., ATS like Greenhouse) and IT service management tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, or relevant work experience.
+ Professional English fluency required.
+ Preferred: SAP SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central, Time Off, or Onboarding.
+ Optional/Preferred Skills: Experience with SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management and/or Succession Planning modules.
