  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central – configuration, reporting, workflows, and module administration.
  • Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis.
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) for connecting ERP with third‑party applications.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools, report builders, and automation scripts related to ERP.

Manufacturing & Business Knowledge:

The Supply Chain ERP Systems Senior Specialist BlueOval SK will have a unique, once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to be a key member of the start-up team, launching the facility from the ground up.
**Key Areas of Responsibility:**
BlueOval SK are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain ERP Systems Senior Specialist with strong expertise in the development, configuration, and integration of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and other ERP platforms. This individual will be instrumental in designing and optimizing enterprise system solutions that support operational efficiency, data integrity, and digital transformation across our supply chain and manufacturing environments.
+ Lead system design and integration for MES, SAP, WMS, and ERP platforms, ensuring end-to-end alignment with supply chain business processes, operational workflows, and data integrity requirements.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Purchasing, Planning, IT, and Finance teams to gather requirements, map process flows, and deliver scalable system solutions that improve performance and visibility.

  • Actively manage and deliver complex Agile and Waterfall programs of $20M or less while managing risks and issues to minimize scope, budget, and schedule impacts
  • Partner with finance, project teams, and value stream owners to ensure all financial cadences (e.g., quarterly budgeting cycles, month-end closings, etc.) are supported by and aligned to portfolio financials.
  • Ensure compliance to project delivery methods, tools, framework, and IT controls.
  • Develop plans for resource allocation, timeline, and budget to develop an overall project plan.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and Project Managers of other, related projects, to map and plan for dependencies
  • Outline and define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for the team members to maintain clarity on requirements, through the creation of a project charter.
  • Develop blueprints and roadmaps to lay down the possible failures and exceptions, to manage the risk and uncertainty associated with the launch of new solutions.
