We are seeking a skilled an experienced System Engineer (SAP) with a specialization in the MM module to join Hyundai MOBIS IT team. As a System Engineer (SAP), you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing the SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM) module, with a specific focus on Materials Management (MM). Your expertise in SAP MM will play a vital role in streamlining our procurement, inventory management, and logistics processes to support our automotive parts operations. This role will work MOBIS Alabama, LLC - Savannah Plant (MSV).
Responsibilities

- SAP MM Module Implementation:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP MM module configurations and customizations.
- Configure and customize the SAP MM module, including material master data, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics execution.
- Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure successful module implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the SAP MM module with other SAP modules (such as PP, SD) and external systems.
- Procurement and Inventory Management:
- Design and implement procurement processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, request for quotations (RFQ), and supplier evaluation.
- Optimize inventory management processes, including goods receipt, goods issue, stock transfers, and physical inventory.
- Configure and maintain material master data, including material types, pricing, valuation, and classification.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely procurement and replenishment of materials.
- Logistics Execution and Integration:
- Configure and optimize logistics execution processes, such as inbound and outbound deliveries, transportation planning, and shipment tracking.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline warehouse management processes, including goods receipt, put away, picking, and packing.
- Integrate the SAP MM module with external logistics service providers, such as carriers or 3PLs, for efficient supply chain management.
- Provide support for SAP MM-related interfaces with other systems, such as EDI or barcode scanning.
- System Support and Enhancements:
- Provide ongoing support for SAP MM module-related incidents, troubleshooting issues, and identifying root causes.
- Collaborate with functional teams to gather enhancement requests, analyze requirements, and propose technical solutions within the SAP MM module.
- Conduct system configuration changes, perform testing, and deploy enhancements following standard change management processes.
- Maintain and update system documentation, including configuration documents, functional specifications, and user training materials.
- Project Management & Team Leadership:
- Plan, execute, and oversee SAP projects, including implementations, upgrades, and enhancements, to meet business requirements and objectives.
- Lead and manage a team of SAP professionals, providing direction, mentorship, and support to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

Required Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as an SAP SCM Admin, with a focus on implementing and configuring the SAP MM module.
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM module functionalities, including material master data, purchasing, inventory management, and logistics execution.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP MM module settings, including pricing, valuation, release procedures, and account determination.
- Proficiency in procurement processes, such as purchase requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, and supplier evaluation.
