We are looking for an experienced and hands-on SAP Technical Architect to lead the design, development, and optimization of our SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition landscape. Qualifications

- 15+ years of SAP technical experience, including:

- Proven hands-on experience building and governing technical architectures in enterprise environments.
- Strong experience with:
- SAP BTP services and extensibility patterns
- SAP Integration Suite (Cloud Integration, API Management)
- SAP Fiori/UI5 application design
- ABAP for Cloud, CDS views, BAdIs, and enhancements within clean core principles
- Familiarity with SAP RAP, CAP, and cloud- development frameworks.
- Deep understanding of transport mechanisms, system landscapes, and lifecycle management in SAP cloud deployments.

Position Summary:
Packsize is seeking a highly experienced and versatile Lead SAP Technical Architect to join our dynamic internal team. This is a critical, hands-on leadership role for a technical expert who can design, build, and optimize solutions across our entire SAP ECC landscape. You will be responsible for architecting robust solutions, leading technical development, and ensuring seamless integration between SAP and other enterprise systems.
The ideal candidate is a true "player-coach" who can create the high-level architectural blueprint and is not afraid to dive into ABAP code, system configuration, and complex problem-solving. You will work closely with business stakeholders, internal team members, and external vendors to drive key initiatives and ensure the stability and scalability of our core business systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Architecture & Design: Serve as the technical authority for our SAP ECC environment. Design and architect comprehensive solutions that span multiple modules, including FICO, MM, PP, WM, and QM.
- Hands-On Technical Execution: Perform hands-on ABAP development for complex enhancements, custom reports, interfaces, conversions, and extensions (RICEFW). Troubleshoot and debug critical issues at the code level.
- Integration Management: Architect and oversee the integration of SAP with various third-party systems. Lead the design and implementation of interfaces, leveraging at least one major integration platform (experience with MuleSoft is a significant advantage).

- Project Leadership: Take ownership of the technical delivery for projects, from initial concept and design through development, testing, and deployment, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
- Documentation & Governance: Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, development standards, and integration maps. Uphold and enforce change control and transport management policies.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in SAP technical roles, with a proven track record as a Technical Architect or a similar senior-level position.
- Deep and extensive knowledge of the SAP ECC 6.0 environment is mandatory.
- Expert-level ABAP programming skills are required. Must be able to code, debug, and optimize complex custom objects.
- Proven experience designing and delivering solutions across multiple core SAP modules (e.g., FICO, MM, SD, PP, WM). A strong understanding of the underlying data structures and business processes is essential.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major integration tool/platform (e.g., MuleSoft, SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, etc.). MuleSoft experience is a huge plus.
- Demonstrated ability to architect, lead, and deliver on large-scale enhancement projects and complex system integrations.

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Principal SAP Technical Architect, GMP Systems to play a key role in enabling the technology foundation for a state-of-the-art, multi-product cell therapy manufacturing facility. This role will be directly responsible for the technical design, development, integration, and support of SAP systems and middleware platforms critical to GMP manufacturing operations.
As a senior individual contributor, this role will focus on SAP architecture and development, including ABAP programming, Fiori applications, SAP Basis, and Security configuration, as well as integration with external systems through middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and Workato. The role requires deep hands-on expertise across the SAP technology stack and experience supporting enterprise-grade manufacturing, quality, and supply chain systems in a regulated GMP environment.
This is a highly technical role that requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Operations, MS&T, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and capable of translating business needs into scalable, compliant, and supportable technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a hands-on technical expert across SAP systems, actively engaging in ABAP programming, Fiori app development, SAP Basis administration, and SAP Security roles and authorizations
- Participate in design, development, debugging, performance tuning, and deployment activities to ensure stable, secure, and scalable solutions
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical blueprint for GMP systems, aligning technology services with business objectives and regulatory requirements

- Establish key stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with other functional areas to develop and execute against the strategic plan for all Cellares sites
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) during audits or inspections by regulatory authorities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience within IT in a cGMP environment in the biotech/biopharma industry, including at least 5 years of leadership or lead developer experience

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Principal SAP Technical Architect, GMP Systems to play a key role in enabling the technology foundation for a state-of-the-art, multi-product cell therapy manufacturing facility. This role will be directly responsible for the technical design, development, integration, and support of SAP systems and middleware platforms critical to GMP manufacturing operations.
As a senior individual contributor, this role will focus on SAP architecture and development, including ABAP programming, Fiori applications, SAP Basis, and Security configuration, as well as integration with external systems through middleware platforms such as MuleSoft and Workato. The role requires deep hands-on expertise across the SAP technology stack and experience supporting enterprise-grade manufacturing, quality, and supply chain systems in a regulated GMP environment.
This is a highly technical role that requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Operations, MS&T, Quality, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT. - Develop and maintain a comprehensive technical blueprint for GMP systems, aligning technology services with business objectives and regulatory requirements

- Partner with the IDMO Business to develop and execute against an IT roadmap and deliver on the IT infrastructure needed to manufacture autologous and allogeneic cell therapy products
- Work closely with Validation and Quality in deploying and supporting IT GMP Systems
- Manage and coordinate employees, contractors, and agencies involved in development projects to ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Establish KPIs, monitor progress, and keep critical stakeholders informed of progress for IT projects and strategic initiatives
- Establish key stakeholder relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work closely with other functional areas to develop and execute against the strategic plan for all Cellares sites
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) during audits or inspections by regulatory authorities
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience within IT in a cGMP environment in the biotech/biopharma industry, including at least 5 years of leadership or lead developer experience

- Experience in interface development and management using platforms such as MuleSoft, Workato, or similar integration tools
