Overview:
We’re looking for a hands-on, people-first leader to drive Sally’s Chicago operations. This role is equal parts operational execution, team development, and strategic thinking. What you’ll do
- Own and exceed key operating and financial targets, including utilization rates, average rental rates, active rental days per unit, revenue, average wrench days, average hold days, and Google review scores.
- Lead rideshare operations, including customer interactions via email, text, phone, and in-person, as well as daily rental launches, returns, swaps, repossessions, and market-related inquiries.
- Coach, develop, and inspire frontline team members to execute with consistency and urgency
- Step into operational bottlenecks directly — whether it’s a workflow issue, customer escalation, or morale concern
- Liaise with garage facility operations to ensure vehicle readiness and efficient service turnaround times.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure a positive customer support experience.
- Manage core administrative tasks: timecard approvals, PTO, performance conversations, hiring coordination
- Provide weekly reports to the management team.

Position Summary : The Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the warehouse and daily operations to include onboarding, offboarding, logistics (shipping/receiving), liaison with fleet, safety, facilities, IT and HR. Site Manager I is a full-time (40 hours per week), non-exempt position. Some on call work might be necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Job Summary
The Site Manager will lead a production team and oversee all aspects of a fast-paced bagged concrete manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, budgets, safety, production flow, and material costs, with full accountability for bottom-line results. The Site Manager will foster a positive workplace culture rooted in respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement, consistently demonstrating Oldcastle APGs core values through actions and decision-making.
Job Location
This is an onsite position located at our Mundelein, IL plant.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule production activities and supervise the production process
- Oversee equipment maintenance, manage downtime, and maintain a preventative maintenance program
- Manage inventory control, counts, and audits
- Champion health, safety, quality, productivity, housekeeping, and environmental compliance
- Estimate production costs, maintain high quality standards, and ensure excellent customer service
- Monitor product standards and implement quality control programs
- Collaborate effectively with suppliers, sales, and customers to execute company goals
- Ensure compliance with SOX and environmental regulations
- Drive financial performance and meet expected returns
- Promote a culture of inclusion, respect, and teamwork across all levels of the site
- Model integrity, accountability, and open communication to build trust and engagement
- Other duties may be assigned as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or equivalent of ten years of progressive related experience and/or training
- Experience in planning, negotiating, and organizational leadership
- Prior P&L responsibility preferred
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and culture
- Solid computer skills and strong written/oral communication

Understanding of Event Management Systems (EMS) and Property Management System (PMS) programs. Able to speak clearly so listeners understand; identify and understand the speech of another person.
