Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aviation maintenance or a related field, with at least 3 years in a management or supervisory role
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate
• In-depth knowledge of FAA regulations, including Part 147 and other relevant standards
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications

The Facilities Maintenance and Systems Specialist (FMSS) reports to the Maintenance Manager but takes daily direction from the Crew Lead. Additionally, the FMSS supports the scheduling of preventive and reactive maintenance work for the crew they support. · Create Presentations as required utilizing Spotfire, Planon, Power Point and any other software identified to help report to customer or internal teammates.

**Qualifications:**
Education
· High School diploma (or equivalent) required, preference given to those with some undergraduate or business school training.
Business Experience
· 3-5 years of experience in facility maintenance industrial or manufacturing environment.
· Experience in BMS/controls industry including systems commissioning, software integration operation, calibration and experience with pneumatic controls a plus.
Licenses/Certifications
· Must possess a valid driver's license
· Technical or maintenance certifications/licenses a plus
Language Skills
· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or graphic form. Key elements include the ability to interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be able to send/receive emails and be able to manage an email box. Must be able to operate the work order system.

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE HVAC/ Refrigeration Mobile Specialist, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC and Refrigeration systems at multiple locations, and various building types.
This job is within the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They provide support, preventive maintenance, problem solving of technical issues and repairs on HVAC and Refrigeration equipment/ systems.

**What You'll Do**
+ Inspect and conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC and Refrigeration equipment to ensure proper operation of equipment and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and work safety.
+ Fix equipment failures and define the best course of action for equipment modifications.
+ Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment. This includes electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, etc.

+ Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
