This role will be part of the Marketing Science team focusing on supporting our global small businesses by better understanding how these businesses can grow using our platforms through data and science.The team is made up of highly quantitative measurement individuals with a broad set of backgrounds. This position is highly analytical with digital advertising effectiveness and research methods background along with an understanding on how things work.The person in this role will be responsible for building strategies and proactive initiatives executed globally in partnership with our various channels. They will be responsible for identifying opportunities to develop and refine different treatments and supporting the go to market strategy for different initiatives focused on driving value for our advertisers. They will be working in a highly analytical team executing key advertising and measurement research projects intended to deliver strategies and insights that will help small businesses grow.
**Required Skills:**
Marketing Science Consultant Responsibilities:
1. Design proactive programs and treatments (research & analytics initiatives or other go-to-market strategies) that can help the small businesses onboarding to advertising and grow
2. Drive advertiser adoption of marketing best practices and products to ensure successful onboarding to advertising
3. Identify research & analytics initiatives that create clear understanding of how Marketing Science can help small business segments grow
4. Work closely with sales, product, and other cross-functional team to drive direct impact on small business marketing strategy
5. Communicate results and illustrate suggestions in alternative ways to stakeholders and partners
6. Build processes that scale ad effectiveness research initiatives
7. Advocate for small businesses with other research and product teams to ensure that solutions are designed with businesses of all shapes and sizes in mind
**Minimum Qualifications:**

8. Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
9. 8+ years of experience in a quantitative field, such as consulting, market research, media research
10. Experience in working with large datasets and using SQL or similar tools for data extraction and manipulation
11. Experience communicating complex concepts to non-technical audiences
12. Direct experience scoping and executing research projects with clients and or cross-functional stakeholders
13. Experience in applied research with focus areas such as media consumption, consumer behavior or marketing effectiveness
14. Experience with digital advertising measurement methods and technologies

15. Experience working with structured and unstructured data-sets, statistical software such as R, SPSS, SAS as well as data extraction tools such as Hive and/or SQL

**Public Compensation:**
$155,000/year to $214,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Your Key Responsibilities
- Review design documents, shop drawings, and trade submittals prepared by third parties for conformance with good building practice with respect to water intrusion, air leakage, vapor diffusion, thermal performance and differential movement
- Undertake field review of both new construction and rehabilitation projects to confirm that the construction of the building envelope assemblies is proceeding per approved mock-ups and design document
- Prepare site visit reports and use this database to generate Action Lists of outstanding deficiencies and track their resolution
- Undertake field testing of selected elements of building envelope assemblies to confirm compliance with specified performance standards (primarily water infiltration and air leakage) and prepare reports outlining the results of these tests
- Interface with architects, general contractors and sub-trades
- Direct Building Envelope design and construction document development
- Perform forensic analysis of building envelope failures
- Conduct presentations to competing interests including working with legal professionals, contractors and consultants
- Direct field work associated with the assessment of existing buildings and the preparation of building envelope assessment reports
Your Capabilities and Credentials
- Excellent computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Bluebeam, CAD and/or Revit, Sketchup, and BIM 360 is a plus
- Project Management skills necessary for concurrent multiple projects
- Practical knowledge of energy code, rain screen principles, air barriers and thermal performance
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a strong customer service commitment
- Position requires travel
Education and Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in assessing, detailing, testing and or constructing building envelope systems
