Job purpose:

  • Manages a portfolio of R&D projects using applied scientific and engineering principles in the area of advanced engineering and manufacturing technologies with both internal and external partners. Will be responsible for proposing new research activities and leading teams of cross-functional direct and/or indirect researchers in the execution of research activities. Specific areas include, but are not limited to, design and manufacture of battery cells and components, efficiency improvement using Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) methodologies, emerging manufacturing technologies, semiconductors, and quantum computing. Will use Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and industry knowledge to help develop research strategies.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead all aspects of research projects and independently manage technical program resources including leading direct and/or indirect reports and while maintaining leading knowledge of state-of-the-art principles and theories.
  • Builds the capability of less experienced team members. 
  • As a Subject Matter Expert, fosters development of new research areas, proposing and leading all aspects of new activities independently.  
  • Within assigned R&D activities, identify root cause of highly technical and multidisciplinary problems and develop plans, designs, test systems, materials, techniques and processes to achieve objectives.

  • Should be able to work in office at least 4 business days per workweek at the Honda ADC, Raymond, OH.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Majors: Computer Engineering / Science, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Electronics / Applied Physics / Computational Mathematics / Quantum Mechanics, etc)
  • 8+ years of relevant experience
  • Passion for research, solving hard problems, and challenging the status quo.
  • Semiconductor manufacturing experience. Testing and validation
  • Specifying requirements for semiconductor devices and components
  • Setting up and validation of optimization simulations
  • Multi-physics simulations
  • Project management including development of SOW with external partners, and maintenance of budget and deliverable schedules. 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams
  • Confidently make autonomous decisions bounded by the research mission and understanding of the company business model.
  • Clearly communicate new research and technology concepts and ideas to technical team members and management.
  • Scientifically analyze data provided from tests and experiments to gather knowledge and understanding of the subject of research.
  • Oversee overall research project schedule, budget, and direction.

  • Familiarity with photolithography, semiconductor assembly and packaging
  • Familiarity with various IC architectures
  • Familiarity in developing ML/AI workflows, agentic models
  • Experience with quantum computing simulations

The Principal Specialist, Quality Assurance is responsible for reviewing all customer threshold activity requests for controlled substances in compliance with set standards. This job reviews inbound requests, assesses them for risk and escalates according the standard operating procedures. The Principal Specialist, Quality Assurance assists the Manager, Regulatory Management in data entry activity and documentation drafting/filing. This job ensures the consistent application of set threshold methodologies across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ensuring quality standards and procedures are followed at the Cardinal Health NPHS Warehouse.

  • Authority for approval and disposition of raw materials, components, closures, APIs, and products at the Cardinal Health NPHS Warehouse. This includes review of analytical results which may support material release.

  • Supporting and documenting investigations where required.

  • Organizes documentation to ensure procedure timelines are met

  • Additional responsibility may include overarching systems which support the warehouse, for example, equipment and facility (i.e., temperature management and mapping), packaging and labelling.

  • QA site lead for SAP material management activities.

  • Document and report quality and compliance issues to QA management as necessary.

  • Prioritizes and ensures work is delivered in an efficient way.

We are seeking an Andrologist/Endocrinologist Laboratory Technician to join our dedicated team at Reproductive Gynecology & Infertility , located in Westerville, Ohio . This is a full-time, onsite position , working Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM . One week per month, the shift will adjust to 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM . Rotating holiday coverage is also required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform blood endocrine testing, including hormone assays for FSH, LH, prolactin, estradiol, testosterone, and related reproductive hormones.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain specialized laboratory equipment, including the Toso machine, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Collect, process, and analyze blood samples for hormone testing, providing timely and accurate results for patient assessments.
  • Conduct comprehensive semen analysis, including sperm count, motility, morphology, viability, and preparation for procedures such as insemination and cryopreservation.
  • Adhere to laboratory SOPs, OSHA guidelines, HIPAA regulations, and CLIA standards for quality and compliance.
  • Maintain laboratory inventory, assist with equipment maintenance, and participate in quality control (QC), quality assessment (QA), and quality improvement (QI) programs.
  • Support embryologists with preparatory work, patient/specimen identification, and accurate record-keeping.
  • Educate patients on specimen collection procedures and provide clear instructions.
  • Stay up to date on the latest technologies and practices, including semen analysis, anti-sperm antibody testing, sperm cryopreservation, and endocrinology testing.
  • Participate in clinical research projects related to reproductive endocrinology and contribute to performance improvement initiatives.
  • Track patient progress and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure adherence to treatment plans.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, medical technology (MT), clinical laboratory science (CLS), or medical laboratory science (MLS) or have completed twelve (12) semester hours of chemistry; twelve (12) semester hours of biology; and twenty-four (24) semester hours of chemistry, biology, or clinical/medical laboratory technology in any combination.
  • Minimum of a "B" average in relevant laboratory science courses.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant lab experience outside of course work ().
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency with compound microscopes and aseptic techniques, and ability to handle hazardous specimens.

Data is a critical component of Coinbase's strategy to optimize financial operations and enhance decision-making. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Finance, Product, and Engineering teams to support cash flow processes, including payments, cash reconciliations against bank statements, and safeguarding of assets. You will gather financial data from diverse sources, including platform data, external financial institutions, market data, and internal financial systems. By transforming raw data into meaningful insights, you will develop advanced data models and pipelines that drive analytics for understanding cash flows

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

  • Work with Product and Engineering to drive new initiatives, supporting new product launches fueling business growth

  • Help define data model, contract, scaling the build of data quality check and contract enforcement

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Accounting, Treasury and other Finance functions, to extract financial data and insights, and provide data driven recommendations to enhance efficiencies for financial processes

  • Act as a strategic partner to functional teams; design and scope project plans; execute, test and implement data and reporting solutions

  • Initiate, develop and maintain data pipelines and data models that power dashboards and data products with outstanding craftsmanship

  • Work with the broader Data and Engineering teams to find ways to scale our platform through better systems and automation

  • Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to present financial insights to stakeholders

  • Partner with peers and stakeholders to define and execute roadmaps that can help the function scale

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

  • 5+ years of relevant experience

  • Self starter, has the ability to multitask, and highly collaborative in working with cross functional teams

  • Strong experience with data processing (ETL), fluency in complex SQL and basic programming language high proficiency with scripting language(preferably Python)

  • Strong experience building data pipelines

  • knowledge of data modeling, architecture, best practices

  • Experience using Apache Airflow or similar orchestration systems

  • Strong understanding of key finance principles, products within Accounting and Treasury domain, and eagerness to learn

  • Be able to independently create documentation for new data projects and requests, and build collaboration within the team.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience

Nice to haves:

  • Previous experience working with financial services data is a plus

What you'll be doing:

  • Working on an advanced, complex technical project requiring state-of-the-art technical or industry knowledge.

  • Applying Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning to solve business needs.

  • Providing expertise, leadership, and guidance as it relates to Artificial Intelligence and/or Machine Learning.
