**Position Overview:**

Our Principal Biostatisticians provide statistical and development support and influence for the associated clients trials providing expertise into processes, clinical development plans, concept sheets and protocols, as well as potentially providing oversight of work supported by other vendors. You will formulate integrated analytical approach to mine data sources, employ statistical methods, machine learning & deep learning algorithms to discover actionable insights and automate process for reducing effort and time for repeated use.

**As a Principal Biostatistician, your responsibilities will include:**

+ **Provide** expert guidance on design options, outcome measures, endpoint assessments, and sample size/power calculations during protocol development. Author statistical sections of protocols, clinical study reports (CSRs), regulatory documents, and statistical analysis plans (SAP) for CSRs and integrated summaries

+ **Conduct** advanced statistical analysis and ensure robust and accurate data analysis through extensive knowledge in biostatistics

+ **Facilitate** execution and delivery collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives

**Job Summary**



Battelle is seeking a **Quality Assurance Specialist** to support the Chemistry Technical Center and Histopathology team within Life Sciences Research. The primary responsibility is performing assigned audits and inspections to assist Quality Assurance management in ensuring that programs/activities are conducted in compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) regulations and ISO 9001 standards, as well as quality assurance plans of government agencies and Battelle policies. Activities to be audited/inspected include analytical chemistry and histopathology methods, instrumentation, and laboratory spaces, as well as nonclinical laboratory studies and associated laboratory areas.



**Responsibilities**



+ Conducts work within prescribed budget or discusses with management prior to conducting task.

+ Plans and conducts assigned audits and report reviews and generates reports of results.

+ Performs assigned internal facility and technical (critical phase) inspections and desk audits to assess compliance with regulatory or project-specific requirements.

+ Reports findings to management and verifies responses address deficiencies.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**



• Supervise the daily activities of entry-level QA professionals.

• Coordinate the execution of manual and automated tests.

• Ensure adherence to QA processes and methodologies.

• Review and approve test cases and test plans.

• Monitor and report on testing progress and defect status.

• Collaborate with development teams to resolve quality issues.

• Implement and enforce quality metrics and standards.

• Participate in code reviews to ensure test coverage.

• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss project status and challenges.

• Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Job Description
SUMMARY: The Enrollment and Service & Support Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for monitoring and evaluating Enrollment and Service & Support employees calls and interactions to ensure that all teams within the department are providing families with exceptional customer service as well as consistent and accurate information.
This is a temporary role.
Compensation is up to $18/r

* Performs employee monitoring and provides data to the Manager of Training and Quality Assurance;
* Utilizes the quality monitoring system to track performance at both a team and individual level;
* Participates in the design of call monitoring evaluation rubrics and quality standards;
* Assists with the coordination of team leadership calibration sessions;
* Reports feedback to Enrollment and Service and Support team leaders and managers;
* Provides actionable metrics to various internal support groups as needed;
* Prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review;
* Analyzes and reports on trends identified through AQM analytics software;
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelors Degree and relevant work experience, OR
* Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar call center role
Certificates and Licenses: None required.
System Requirements:
* Our work from home membersarerequired to have andmaintain High-speed internet connection. At the minimum 50Mbps download speed and 10Mbps upload speed, if not competing with other household users. For the sake of call quality, satellite, DSL, data plans, wireless or dial-up services are not compatible.
* Some Internet service providers enable what is called SIP ALG (Session Initiation Protocol Application Layer Gateway). This interferes with our systems and must be disabled by the provider.
* Ethernet connection is preferred.
