  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and practices to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Assist in loading and unloading shipments, verifying contents against shipping documents, and preparing shipments for delivery.
  • Work effectively with team members and communicate any issues or concerns to supervisors. Assist with training new team members as needed.
  • Arrive on time to perform daily duties


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as a warehouse associate or similar position preferred.
  • Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects safely (up to 50 pounds) and maneuver heavier items with appropriate equipment or assistance.
  • Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, lift, and reach during shifts.
  • Willingness to follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Ability to operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Additional Information:

  • Must be able to work a consistent schedule. Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm preferred.
  • There will likely be opportunities for optional weekend and overtime hours.
  • This position is a temporary, seasonal position and will conclude on December 19, 2025.
  • Employment with RUDIS is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
