Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Production team to support our Winlock WA Fireworks division for the winter/New Year’s season. This position will play an integral role in the success of our operations, ensuring efficient warehouse processes and high-quality inventory management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving & Stocking: Assist in unloading deliveries, checking product counts, and stocking shelves accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:
  • Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, move, and handle packages up to 50 lbs, as well as stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Availability: Must be available for flexible work hours, including evenings and weekends, especially leading up to and during peak holiday periods.
  • Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required. We provide training for candidates with the right attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Oversees tasks pertaining to guest reservations (scheduling door codes, community access, sending check-in instructions, and guest communication).

  • Advise owners of rental trends, amenities, and décor to remain competitive in the rental market.
  • Monitor and evaluate units, communicate issues to owners, and assist in resolutions, vendor estimates, and order items as needed.

  • Assist with phones, make reservations, post checks, perform audits as needed, and act as a backup to cover days off and vacations.
  • Participate in the seven-day, 24-hour rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergency calls.
  • Assist with front desk duties, arrivals, departures, guest issues, and questions.
  • Assist with reservationist questions and training.
  • Assist with guest questions, luggage, packages, groceries, and special event assistance as needed.
  • Work with inspectors regarding unit inspections and guest issues.
  • Assist with developing and promoting a cutting-edge and competitive vacation rental program on a continual basis.

  • Coordinate ongoing maintenance and inspections to comply with all relevant laws, codes, and company policies.

  • A bachelor's degree is highly preferred; equivalent work experience in short-term rental property management will be considered.
  • Proven success in securing short-term rental listings.
  • Proficient with all aspects of short-term rental program contracts, required paperwork, and software.

  • Comfortable with basic accounting, ledgers, income statements, and MS Excel.

Job Description

Job Location: Virtual (AFTER TRAINING - TRAINING IS IN PERSON FOR A MINIMUM OF 7-12 WEEKS), but must be in a commutable distance from the following office:
* Cary, North Carolina
Candidates will be required to come into the office ONCE A MONTH after training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manages overall STD block of claims and possible companion claims to include Statutory plans, Federal, Company, State and other Leave types as required by our group customers or other Federal, State, Local laws
* Creates and executes individual claim action plans, serves as point of contact for the claimant and provides a high-level of service to the claimant, including delivering on commitments, timely return of phone calls, and clear communication, and makes claim decisions. Proactively communicates/updates to partners that may be working with the claimant when key events are being considered or have occurred (Closure, RTW, etc.)
* Proactively communicates with the claimant to set expectations, assess medical and non-medical barriers to return to work, and keep him or her fully aware of the status of the claim, including setting expectations with the claimant if other resources (Voc, etc.) will be contacting him/her. Partners with the claimant, specialty resources, and more experienced resources to ensure that each claim has a well-understood plan that is appropriate for the unique situation of each claimant, his or her functional capacity and the prognosis for an increase in that capacity.
* Meet and Exceed Operational Efficiency goals, Demonstrate Service Delivery and Customer Satisfaction goals, including prioritizing actions, appropriately utilizing resources timely, maintain data integrity through accurate benefit decision and payment
* Accountable for accurate financial decisions on block of claims with financial base benefit amount up to $8000 per week per claim decisions made in accordance with Customer provisions
* Applies all appropriate provisions of the disability contract to ensure that MetLife's liability is understood and appropriately applied throughout the life of the claim. Within the context of liability, encourage and support return to work through a variety of programs and methodologies.
* Performs all other duties as required.
