As the Monster Hunter Now Community & Events Manager for the United States, you will help develop community strategies for Niantic's real world augmented reality mobile games. You will coordinate community events and player meetups to attract and retain players.

Work with product managers and marketers to plan and implement engaging events and meetups.
Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, coordinate, and host engaging community player meetups and in-person events based on the Monster Hunter Now mobile game across the United States.
  • Work with other international Community & Events Managers and Niantic marketing partners to develop a template for events that can be replicated.
  • Keep a pulse on the local player landscape by tracking players' behaviors, comments, trends, talkability, and content.

Your Role

The Pharmacy Prior Authorization team provides efficient and accurate responses to external customers (physicians, office staff, pharmacy providers, members, and brokers) and internal team members for all outpatient pharmacy benefit inquires. The Pharmacy Technician, Intermediate will report to the Supervisor, Pharmacy Services Operations. Your Work

In this role, you will:
  • Coordinate, assist in, and support implementation of procedures and guidelines for the drug prior authorization program for the outpatient Pharmacy Benefit
  • Evaluate prior authorization requests based on medication policy and operational principles
  • Provide drug usage history and other pertinent pharmacy benefit related inquiries to internal business partners to assist in case specific reviews and drug evaluations
  • Communicate with the physician, physician's office staff, pharmacies, and internal business partners to assist with accurate and efficient resolution of pharmacy benefit inquiries
  • Clearly communicate formulary alternatives and prior authorization criteria, and discusses pharmacy benefit coverage when required
Qualifications

Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a California Certified Pharmacy Technician license
  • Requires 2 years of pharmacy related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Basic understanding of internal procedures and policies needed to ensure effective execution of assigned tasks
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening skills

Our RN Clinical Educators experience a unique opportunity to employ their clinical and nursing expertise in a new way outside patient care, while continuing to collaborate with healthcare professionals and advocate for the well-being of patients through medical device technology.

Qualified Clinical Educators - Registered Nurses will be tasked with educating end users as well as basic installation on Infusion Pump Products

This is a 3-month 100% travel position in which you will be traveling on average 2-4 weeks per month.

  • Your primary focus will be in-servicing and education only; no sales responsibilities, and no bedside care.

  • A desire to expand your talents in clinical education.

  • Per-diem position requiring full-time commitment.

  • Travel locally, regionally, and nationally required.

Responsibilities:

· Provide peer-to-peer education and in-servicing to nurses, physicians, and hospital staff to support medical device implementations.

· Provide basic education on multiple Infusion products

· Assess customer-specific education needs and collaborate with staff to deliver a positive educational experience.

· Utilize clinical/nursing expertise to answer questions and address concerns with the medical device.

· Provide updates, reports, and valuable feedback to client during and after in-service assignments.

· Provide clinical and professional expertise to end users including RN staff, Physicians, and other healthcare professionals in a setting without patient care

· Provide customer feedback to corporate teams to improve new and existing medical devices.

· Serve as an education resource on the device.

Job Requirements - Registered Nurses

  • BSN highly preferred

  • RN license required.

  • ICU, Oncology, Med/Surg and/or critical care unit experience of at least 2+ years experience within the last 5 years

  • Leadership experience (manager, educator, preceptor) preferred.

  • Must be comfortable with basic software programs.

  • Experience working with Pulse Oximetry Devices (preferred)

  • Super-user/Infusion Pump education experience desired, but not required.

  • Intermediate computer skills required.

  • Ability to work in a group setting and exhibit strong professional acumen.

  • Duties may require compliance with client and hospital requirements that all those performing services on-site be fully vaccinated.

The pay range for this role is $36.00 - $8.00 hourly. The actual pay will vary based on qualifications and competencies.

Job Description

In this role, you will work closely with the Radio Frequency (RF) laboratory teams for managing and executing projects related to the testing and certification of wireless and RF-enabled products. Working within UL Solutions' safety science community, this role ensures customer products comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards. The RF Team will lead projects, develop test plans, interpret test data, and communicate directly with customers to guide them through the certification process.
Pay and Shift Information:
+ Work Times: Shift - 1st shift 7:30AM-4:30PM
+ # of days per week: Up to 5 Days
+ Hourly Pay: $21/hr for new hires and $23/hr for returning
+ Conduct a variety of manual and automated tests on RF products and sub-assemblies using specialized test equipment to verify they meet performance and quality standards.
+ Set up, configure, and calibrate RF test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
+ Work with engineers to analyze test data, identify performance deviations, and pinpoint root causes of failures.
+ Maintain detailed, accurate records of test results, procedures, and findings.
+ Assist with the general maintenance and organization of the RF lab, including managing inventory and keeping test stations and equipment clean and orderly.
+ Follow documented test procedures and engineering instructions precisely to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
+ Communicate effectively with supervisors, engineers, and customers regarding test status, issues, and deadlines.
