Position Overview:
As a Project Manager at Strive you will be instrumental in shaping and executing various company strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects primarily focused on customer experience, product, & clinical initiatives, while also contributing to projects across various departments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all efforts align with our company's goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Assist with department specific workload & resource management, aligning with department management on project roadmap planning and execution.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress and adapt to scope adjustments.
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the project budget, including invoicing and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Coordinate resources to support project execution and achieve desired outcomes.
- Drive process improvements and optimization initiatives within the PMO and across the organization, leveraging lessons learned and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare, or related field.
- 5+ years as a Project Manager in a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience applying them in a professional setting.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
Bonus Qualifications:
- PMP / Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Assertive and able to lead team meetings.
- Experience using Asana.
