Job Description:
Our candidate of choice will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. You will develop processes that will maximize stewardship, safety, quality and productivity while driving continuous improvement and optimization of all processes.
This will be a second shift position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Be responsible for production output, product quality and on-time shipping
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste or overtime
- Commit to plant safety procedures
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets

KEY QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual Spanish is a very strong plus
- Hi speed packaging equipment experience preferably with high-speed filling types of equipment relative to frozen foods.
- Excellent all-around plant facilities knowledge including HVAC, refrigeration sanitation and all of FDA and USDA GMP rules and regulations.
- Prior experience working in a food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or related hi speed type of manufacturing company
- Minimum of at least 5+ years’ experience in Plant Management in a manufacturing facility as above described is highly preferred
- Ability to work at a high pace and hit the ground running when necessary
- The ability to communicate in Spanish is a strong plus
- Knowledge of Indian Food and Culture are very strong pluses

Summary: Welds together metal frames and sheet metal components for ovens and environmental test chambers with electric arc-welding (TIG and MIG) equipment by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Obtains specified electrode and inserts electrode into portable holder or threads consumable electrode wire through portable welding gun.
- Connects cables from welding unit to obtain amperage, voltage, slope, and pulse, as specified by Welding Engineer or Welding Technician. Starts power supply to produce electric current.
- Strikes (forms) arc which generates heat to melt and deposit metal from electrode to work piece and join edges of work piece.
- Manually guides electrode or gun along weld line, maintaining length of arc and speed of movement to form specified depth of fusion and bead, as judged from color of metal, sound of weld, and size of molten puddle.
- Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions. Examines weld for bead size and other specifications. Applies filler rod manually to supply weld metal.
- Cleans or degreases weld joint or work piece. Repairs broken or cracked parts and fills holes. Prepares broken parts for welding by grooving or scarfing surfaces.
- Chips off excess weld, slag, and spatter.
- Preheats work piece with hand torch or heating furnace. Positions and clamps work pieces together or assembles them in jig or fixture; tacks assemblies together.

Registered nurses are responsible for case management of assigned patients in accordance with Right at Home's policies and procedures and all other applicable procedure manuals, laws and relevant professional standards. Right at Home has flexible scheduling and part-time opportunities for nurses. Wanting to use your nursing degree to take care of Right at Home clients in their homes?
Essential Functions
- Performs Wound Care, IV Infusion, Re-Certifications, Evaluations, Start of Care and Oasis (if possible).
- Performs comprehensive subjective and objective admission and ongoing assessment of client status that includes physical, psychosocial and environmental parameters.
- Formulates an individualized plan of care that incorporates analysis of assessment data.
- Provides skilled interventions aimed at achieving realistic outcomes within a specified time period.
- Modifies and updates the plan of care to reflect progress toward outcomes.
- Consistently demonstrates competency with technical nursing skills according to legal scope of practice.
- Practices nursing with respect for individual, cultural and spiritual differences.
- Coordinates delivery of care along the healthcare continuum using the resources of Right at Home and the community.
- Communicates effectively regarding patient's condition.
- Uses professional nursing judgment to delegate selected nursing tasks when determined safe and appropriate.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with one year of clinical experience within the past five years or completion of an accredited refresher course within the past two years.
- Current State RN license.
- Knowledge and ability to provide skilled nursing care as defined in the State Nurse Practice Act.
- Current CPR certification.
- Available for work on weekends and holidays as required.
- Meets current health requirements to provide patient care.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job.
- IV Infusion experience a plus.

Essential Job Functions
- Performs tasks to keep school buildings and grounds in orderly, neat, and clean condition such as clearing/disposing of trash, cleaning bathrooms and floors, washing windows, dusting furniture and fixtures, mowing grass, and related tasks.
- Performs tasks to maintain buildings and grounds in safe and operable condition, such as making minor repairs to property as requested, clearing snow and ice, and related tasks.
- Opens and closes building and ensures that all doors and windows are closed and securely locked prior to leaving.
