Compensation

• The salary range for this position considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: Education, qualifications, skills, training, experience, certifications, internal equity, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The Clayco Nationwide salary range for this position is approximately $50,000 - 180,000 +/- annually (not adjusted for location).

Description

Responsible for managing multiple functions, providing leadership and guidance to subordinate managers. Overall accountability for the performance management and career development programs for the Client Onboarding Function. The Client Delivery and Implementation team works with the sales group and client servicing team to define services that will be provided to new or existing clients. May also advise and guide clients on service decisions. Responds to existing client requests and upgrades post implementation. Operational oversight and coordination of complex client onboarding events. Consult on ability to meet client requirements and set appropriate expectations. The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $70.00/hr.
