A highly organized and detail-oriented Security Clearance Coordinator manages and oversees all personnel security vetting processes for staff assigned to IRS contracts and other clients. This role ensures compliance with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) background investigation, security clearance, and staff-like access requirements outlined in IRM 10.23.2 and IR1052.204-9000. Will serve as the central point of contact (POC) between contractor employees and IRS Personnel Security and will be responsible for timely processing, tracking, and record-keeping of background investigation materials and communications.
**Role Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the single point of contact (POC) for all contractor employee background investigations, NDAs, and security awareness training matters. Initiate, monitor, and maintain security clearance applications
+ Serve as liaison between employees, 3rd party test centers, , and government agencies
+ Maintain and update personnel security files and databases
+ Track clearance statuses, reinvestigations, and eligibility expirations.
+ Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies
+ Conduct briefings and debriefings (e.g., security indoctrinations, non-disclosure agreements).
+ Collaborate with HR, hiring managers, and recruiters to support pre-employment clearance needs.
+ Prepare and submit security reports and incident documentation as needed.
+ Support audits, inspections, and self-assessments of security processes.
+ Collect, verify, and submit background investigation materials, including:
+ Risk Assessment Checklist (RAC)
+ Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
+ IRS and federal security forms
+ Fingerprint scheduling and coordination through USAccess or alternate forms for approved fingerprinting
+ Background checks
+ Tax compliance report
+ I9 verification with E Verify
**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requirement**
+ Minimum of 3 years in personnel security, HR compliance, or background investigation coordination
+ Strong knowledge of federal government background check processes
+ Excellent organizational, documentation, and time-management skills
+ Proficient in handling confidential/sensitive information with discretion
+ Ability to communicate clearly with federal contacts, internal staff, and key stakeholders.
+ Experience tracking clearance progress and managing high volumes of background investigation paperwork Prior experience supporting IRS or other federal contracts preferred
+ Experience using USAccess or similar government enrollment systems preferred
+ Understanding of FAR security clauses and subcontractor compliance requirements preferred

A GLIMPSE INTO THIS PROJECT MANAGEMENT POSITION
As a Project Manager at NVE, you will be responsible for a 1M SF facility in a high-security environment, ensuring seamless coordination between trade personnel, subcontractors, and key stakeholders. This role requires an active Top Secret clearance , as you will be overseeing critical operations within a secure facility. Your day is a blend of managing the maintenance program, coordinating with other maintenance contractors in the facility, and developing projects for repairs or replacements in support of the O&M program. Your O&M program includes oversight of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, sewage, stormwater systems, and fire protection. Given the nature of this position, candidates with military experience in facility operations, logistics, or engineering-who understand the importance of security protocols and operational readiness-are strongly encouraged to apply. In this project management position, you also coordinate service calls, preventive maintenance, and repairs while ensuring all work is done according to contractual agreements, industry best practices, and strict security regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Technical expertise in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and fire suppression systems
- Proven experience managing O&M programs for large facilities (minimum 3+ years in the last 5 years)

ProSidian Seeks a Program Manager with Security Clearance (1) in Arlington, VA and surrounding cities to support an engagement for an agency of the United States Federal Government that is part of the reserve components of the United States Armed Forces.
The scope of this contract encompasses, the following type functional areas: organizational assessments using Information Technology based methods, procedures and models, cost analysis, special projects/studies, information technology support, facilitation, administration, logistics, consulting, and training support services. As an integral part of this tasking, The ProSidian Engagement Team shall use current information technology to record, track, coordinate, manage, retrieve, and promulgate data and other associated information related to the tasks described in the Performance Work Statement.
The Army National Guard (ARNG) acts as the executive agent for the 54 State and Territories, Joint Forces Commands and as the liaison with Congress, the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) and the Headquarters, Dept. of the Army (HQDA). The purpose of this contract is to provide the necessary level of professional, technical, organizational, and business improvement and support services required to facilitate the overall objectives of the ARNG and its members/detachments/units within the 54 States and Territories, including the ARNG Headquarter Directorate. This contract provides consolidated contract support for Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC), ARNG Headquarters. This requirement will support various divisions and directorates such as; Chief of Staff Contract Management Branch (CSO-C), Human Resources Directorate (HRZ), Chief of Staff Property Book (CSO-PB), Chief of Staff front office (CSZ), Chief of Staff Secretary of the General Staff (SGS) (CSO-S), Equal Opportunity and Diversity Office (EO), and the Resource Management Directorate (RMZ).
The purpose of this contract is to provide administrative and business support services across multiple ARNG TARC offices. These services include the following:
- Provide administrative services for Equal Opportunity and Diversity Program including attending meetings, updating EO Task Management Tools (TMT), providing program reports after researching and evaluating diversity data and the ARNG Diversity Strategic Plan, monitoring and updating the Diversity Dashboard and Strategic Plan, providing training and technical information on how to use demographic data to better assist their employees, analyzing the EO budget and provide recommendations to improve future funding requirements and models for EO/Diversity programs, and providing general support to all EO meetings and conferences
- Provide technical writing and editing support for various organizations and offices within the ARNG, including, but not limited to, reviewing and ensuring correspondence aligns with ARNG policies, guidance, and regulations, recommending revisions to any written products, monitor and provide announcements to ARNG personnel, and conducting research in order to verify organizational procedures
- Provide supply operations including inspections of equipment to determine if equipment can be re-utilized
- Manage Task Management Tools (TMT) for various organizations and offices of the ARNG
- Utilize the Defense Travel System (DTS) to build trip itineraries and track travel conducted by ARNG personnel
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings for various organizations and offices of the ARNG including taking meeting notes and printing/posting daily calendars for personnel
- Provide technical editing knowledge when reviewing training slides and make oral presentations when necessary during training courses
- Provide property book and supply administration including reviewing the TARC property books for inventory updates, imbalances, and other discrepancies, prepare transactions for government approval using ARNG programs, and prepare and execute annual inventory schedule of primary hand receipts
- Process personnel assignment packets for various organizations and offices
Program Manager with Security Clearance Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and primary role is to manage all tasks under the Performance Work Statement, which could include administrative support or managing meetings, ensuring all inspections and resource management operations run efficiently, ensuring all deliverables are accounted for and submitted promptly to the client, providing administrative support across multiple TARC offices and organizations, and evaluating standard operating procedures of all TARC programs and offices.
Direct and control projects and tasks through completion according to established budgets and level of effort, schedule, and deliverable specifications.
Plan, execute, monitor, and complete work in accordance with the quality standards and requirements specified for all projects and tasks.
Establish and adhere to all contractor budget and spending controls to meet all contractual deliverables, milestones and scheduled due dates.
Ensure the successful and timely delivery of all assignments under this PWS.
Interpret trends, understand issues, and identify opportunities to mitigate potential risks, enhance performance, and optimize business operations.
Analyze, evaluate, and assist in the development of plans, strategies, and methodologies to address complex technical problems and issues (e.g., energy systems analysis, costs-benefits analysis, performance and management analysis, policy analysis, regulatory analysis).
Provide ad hoc business analysis and reporting
Administer data collection, verification, and validation initiatives.
Communicate clearly and concisely with excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
Perform day-to-day operation of contract support operation
Write, prepare formal presentations, and provide program-level communications.
Comply with IT Governance standards, policies, and procedures.
QualificationsThe Program Manager with Security Clearance shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years. Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/Power point) and related tools and technology required for the position. Work products shall be thorough, accurate, appropriately documented, and comply with established criteria. The candidate shall ensure that duties are performed in a competent and professional manner that meets milestones/delivery schedules as outlined.
Secret Security Clearance is required for this position. A bachelor's degree is required with at least three years work experience in program/project management, compliance, human resources, administration, or similar.

TRAVEL: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
