**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and along the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Monitor the premises for irregularities or suspicious activity, and report findings to appropriate personnel.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and observations as required.
+ Collaborate with site staff and other Allied Universal personnel to support a secure environment at the government location.
+ Follow all instructions related to access control, visitor management, and property protection protocols.

Primary Level Salary Range: $70,600.00 - $105,800.00

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. General responsibilities include:
* Act as a consultant in the establishment of design standards and criteria for construction projects.
* Provide on-site field survey measurements and verification including documentation of space, equipment, workflow, required adjacencies, communication and organizational requirements. Provide recommendations based on observations.
* Prepare stacking plans to accommodate functionality and adjacency requirements.
* Prepare blocking plans, schematic or conceptual designs, and design intent drawings in AutoCAD. Ensure drawings comply with Program of Requirements (POR), Campus Design Guides and Construction Standards.
* Perform design reviews and submit comments in required format.
* Manage design of projects throughout the project, from programming to post-occupancy. Includes building and maintaining relationships with end user, local team, subject matter experts, etc
* Perform construction administration duties, such as reviewing and answering RFIs, reviewing submittals, reviewing and producing field reports, walking the site and verifying accuracy and compliance of construction with drawings and POR requirements, participating in creation and closeout of punch-list, and more.
* Maintain knowledge on recent versions of the International Building Code and Commentary (IBC), the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (UFAS), and all pertinent federal accessibility standards.
* Collaborate and assist in resolving critical and possibly controversial issues with a multi-disciplined team of architects, engineers, and federal agency clients.

* An active Secret Security Clearance is a requirement for this position; Top Secret is preferred.
* US Citizenship.
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture from NAAB accredited college or university.
* Architectural license is preferred.
