**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Security Forces Vehicle Manager in the Middle East** to join our team! **This position in not remote.**
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Manage unit vehicle fleet. Perform any minor vehicle maintenance as outlined in AFI24-302, Ch 9, section 9F.
+ Function as liaison to Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron for tracking of allvehicle repair issues.
+ Monitor, identify, schedule, and facilitate individual vehicle training for securitypersonnel. Investigate and track vehicle abuse and accident cases, utilizing AF Form 1168 and SF 91, and recommend courses of action IAW AFI 24-302 Chapter 9 section 9E.
+ Conduct training on all unit equipment type vehicles (i.e. ATVs, MRAZRs).
+ Conduct any additional location specific vehicle training for required personnel.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Three (3) years of experience in managing a fleet of police and tactical response force vehicles.
+ A current state and Government Driver's License.
+ Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
+ OSHA 5-20K Forklift certification.
+ Training documentation for use of military specific vehicles, such as HUMVEE and JLTV.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Security Forces Armorer Support** to join our team! In this role you will get to support the Security Forces in Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. **_This position is NOT remote you will be in Qatar full time_** .
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Manage the accountability, protection, issue, and receive all firearms, communications, equipment, and related assets.
+ Account for, issue, and provide annual forecast for munitions needed for operations.
+ Manage armorers and establishes Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and daily task coordination for the armory.
+ Plan, schedule, and conduct all armory training. Responsible for documentation of
+ qualifications upon completion.

**Job Description:**
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Security Forces Supply Support** to join our team! In this role you will get to advise on and facilitate all unit supply operations in **Prince Sultan Air Base, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.** **This is NOT a remote position.**
**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Assist with all turn-in and disposal actions.
+ Be responsible for the transport of all supply items to and from storage facility. Coordinate shipment of all items when necessary.
+ Manage annual equipment inventory and accountability requirements.
+ Determine equipment authorizations and requirements functions. Ensure bench stock of general supplies and equipment is serviceable and ready for immediate issue. Obtain and issue supplies and mission critical equipment to personnel and work centers.
+ Coordinate equipment maintenance and repair. Initiate and route service contracts for extemporaneous equipment. Responsible for requisitioning, tracking, and obtaining equipment through the military supply system and understanding all forms and procedures associated with that function. Will assist unit personnel with building all equipment custodian binders
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Secret clearance
+ Must have three (3) years of USAF Material Control/Management experience, or Security Forces Logistics experience within the last five (5) years.
+ If not already obtained, must complete all Equipment Custodian training within 2 weeks of arrival on site.
+ Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
+ Must have a valid state and be able to obtain a Government Driver's License.

**What You'll Be Doing:**
+ Advise upon, monitor, identify, schedule, and facilitate individual and collective training for members.
+ Research, track adverse training trends, and advise supervisors and trainees on substandard performance and progression. Oversee training and certifications of the resource augmentation duty (READY) personnel.
+ Organize and facilitate the unit commander's education and training program.
+ Monitor upgrade training enrollments and testing. Conduct formal and informal staff assistance visits throughout the unit and provide commander direct feedback on the quality of training.
+ Maintain training records for permanently assigned unit individual mobilization augmentees with the coordination of the unit reserve coordinator.
+ Submit waivers, as outlined in the Education and Training Course Announcement, for personnel who do not meet eligibility requirements. Use waivers as a last resort when there are no eligible personnel assigned to the unit.
+ Assist work center supervisors in the development of Master Task Lists.
+ Maintain current versions of all Security Forces Training Reference Guides and make them available to all personnel.
+ Manage assigned quotas, request funding for quotas, and submit an out-of-cycle request for emergent training requirements.
+ Meet all other positional responsibilities listed in AFI .
+ Perform duties and responsibilities of Primary Unit Safety Monitor as outlined in AFI 91-202, para 2.2.2, or applicable regulation or guidance.
**What Required Skills You'll Bring:**
+ Position requires completion of the Principles of Instruction Course as a minimum and five (5) years of military training experience.
+ Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
+ Must have a valid state and be able to obtain a Government Driver's License.
+ Ensure completion of Unit Safety Representative training, led by Installation Safety Office, within thirty (30) days of performance start.

The Law Enforcement Captain is responsible for the operations of the FAU Police Department and must meet the requirements as set forth in Chapter 943 Florida State Statutes. The Law Enforcement Captain commands the road patrol division in directing the law enforcement and public safety activities at FAU.
Responsibilities:
+ Ensures the Police Department is prepared to handle all types of emergencies and/or disasters.
+ Recognizes an armed offender and possesses the knowledge to prevent such violence by proper threat assessments and training.
+ Analyzes situations accurately, makes effective decisions/judgments under pressure and during emergency situations, and takes appropriate action.
+ Coordinates the department's involvement in special events held on all campuses.
+ Act as Incident Commander during critical emergency situations.
+ Possess the ability to develop strategic plans for the Police department that are consistent with the University's strategic plans.
+ Ensure that the department adheres to a community-oriented policing strategy that supports the department's mission with an emphasis on a positive/proactive approach that facilitates the overall mission of the University.
+ Lead, direct, supervise, motivate, and inspire others; evaluate and measure the performance of people, teams, and organizations; and assess performance and progress.
+ Builds morale and enhance the abilities of those supervised.
+ Supervise sworn and non-sworn personnel.
+ Resolve operational problems and situations as they occur. Initiate and support innovation and ideas with creativity, flexibility, responsiveness, and focus.
+ Possess comprehensive knowledge of and apply current Law Enforcement methods, policies, procedures, rules, regulations, laws, criminal investigative practices, techniques and procedures, modern community policing, and problem-solving philosophies; and make sound recommendations based on findings of investigations.
+ Effectively communicates information in a clear and understandable manner, both verbally and in writing. Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with the campus community, the surrounding communities, and the public.
+ Initiates, establishes, and fosters communication and teamwork through a positive, cooperative, productive work atmosphere in and outside the University.
+ Maintains dignity and self-control in managing a broad range of high-level and sensitive interpersonal situations with diverse personalities from various cultural and ethnic backgrounds.
+ Communicate with members of the University community for the purposes of improving Police service and improving department community communications.
+ Represent the department in various community activities and make public presentations to groups. Direct the Investigative division to work actively with other agencies to track crime trends and spikes outside the University.

The Bank is recruiting for a Police Officer who is professional, courteous and conducts themselves with high integrity to join this important team.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor metal detectors, metal detection wands to scan visitors, personal items, and packages for unauthorized items. Monitor and authorize visitors accessing Bank facilities and records visitor data on appropriate logs. Monitor surveillance equipment and other specialized equipment. Inspect vehicles entering security sensitive areas for unauthorized personnel or contents. Participate in special assignments for Law Enforcement Unit or Bank management, such as escorting VIP's or Bank visitors working in high security areas.
  • Patrols building and reports unusual situation or unauthorized individuals. Monitor departments for safety or security violations, and reports findings to shift supervisor and prepares incident reports. Respond to general alarms and secures building until alarm has been canceled.
  • Maintain proficiency in use of personal computer (PC) and related software, computerized access and control systems, video surveillance equipment, x-ray and metal screening equipment, several alarms systems and Automated External Defibrillators. Maintain knowledge of current trends and technological developments in the Law Enforcement field.
  • Maintain proficiency in areas such as weapons (lethal and non-lethal), first aid, CPR, firefighting techniques, civil disorders, and public relations. Must exhibit spontaneous good judgment over life and safety issues (shoot and don't-shoot scenarios, discrete handling of detected weapons and explosive devices, when to employ use of life saving and rescue equipment).
  • Inspect credentials and identification of employees and visitors and ensure that only authorized personnel and vehicles are permitted access to the facility.
  • Use electronic metal detectors and x-ray machines in the physical search of persons, packages, briefcases, and luggage. entering the building, being especially alert for weapons, explosive devices and other prohibited items.
  • Programs and maintains data in the access control system.
  • Enforce federal and state law and the administrative rules and regulations of the Bank. Make apprehensions, participates in subsequent court or administrative processes.
  • Work with employees and the public.
  • Monitor security systems and devices to detect the planning or preparation of acts that may threaten the safety or security of the Bank and its contents, and employees and visitors and their personal property.
  • Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls for service by responding to or contacting complainants, victims, and suspects.
  • Conduct preliminary investigations and take initial report/complaint. Prepare and submit required reports consistent with Division policy.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records for files, follow-up investigations, and court purposes. Take command at crime scenes or accidents and administer first aid.
  • Remain compliant with all FRS and Bank training requirements and maintains Federal Reserve Law Enforcement Officer certification.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Criminal Justice or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

The full salary range is $45,200-$6,525- 67,800 for Level I and 51,900- 64,824- 77,800 for Level II. The expected starting salary range is 60,000- 70,000. About the Role:

The Law Enforcement Liaison Clinician will work with core emergency services team and law enforcement to identify clients in need of services and to take a more proactive approach in meeting program demands. The overall goals are to reduce unnecessary Emergency Department utilization, assist in diverting inpatient psychiatric admissions by providing counseling and therapeutic support to clients in crisis, with the emphasis on reducing unnecessary interactions with law enforcement to decrease incarceration rates and over utilization of other Emergency personnel. This position is responsible for providing mental health crisis assessment, intervention and brief treatment services to a diverse population of clients in crisis. In addition, the crisis clinician will provide appropriate recommendations for care and linkage services for clients requiring on-going treatment.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with core crisis team and law enforcement to provide support to clients in crisis, reduce unnecessary interactions with law enforcement or the criminal justice system.
  • Collaborate with core crisis team to identify clients currently in crisis, or at risk of going into crisis, to better assess overall needs and to assist them in meeting those needs.
  • Assist in reducing unnecessary Emergency Department utilization by clients with primary mental health needs.
  • Work with Agency staff to provide appropriate level of support in an effort to reduce inpatient psychiatric admissions.
  • Proactively reach out to identified clients who are at risk of relapse or mental health crisis.
Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in clinical psychology, social work or related field is preferred, Bachelor's degree required.
  • Experience working in crisis, emergency room, or community-based services preferred.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of psychopathology, crisis theory and other behavioral health concerns and primary modalities of psychotherapeutic intervention.
  • Experience in crisis intervention services, risk management, assessment of suicide potential and integrated treatment for co-occurring disorders preferred.
  • Ability to join with clients and families in distress and work with them in disposition planning.
  • Must be willing to provide services in clients' homes and community settings.
  • Must be available to work shifts as assigned including overnights and weekends.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation with personal automobile liability insurance coverage at or above the levels mandated by the State of Vermont.
