**What Your Day May Look Like:**
+ Greet client employee's, vendors, client, and aid as needed.
+ Conduct internal patrol and/or external mobile patrol when needed to check for unsafe conditions, hazards, security violations, blocked ingress and egress, mechanical problems, unauthorized persons, inspects grounds using appropriate equipment and protective gear.
+ Monitor entrance/exits and provide guidance to site visitors, and/or vendors.
+ Complete daily activity (DAR), incident reports and logs via Securitas and client systems.
+ Provide an atmosphere in which all customers, client employees, site visitors, client, and Management know their needs are being met.
+ Present a good image to client, public, and Management.
+ Operates in a calm manner and directs persons who cause disruption to leave property.
+ Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations; sets up barriers and signage, and provides direction or information to others.
+ Observes and reports incidents or suspicious activity to client, Company Management, or public safety authorities as appropriate for the circumstances and/or as required by the site.
+ Acts to ensure that all property removal is conducted within appropriate policy requirements and in accord with client standards.
+ Carries out specific tasks and duties of similar nature and scope as required for assigned site.
+ Report alarms in accordance with client requirements, and monitor cameras.

**Position Requirements:**
+ 18 years of age or older.
+ High School Diploma, GED, OR ability to complete the GED program within 6 months.

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Security Officer 2 PSO 2 to join our team in the Colorado Springs, CO area.
 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Provides advice and assistance regarding a range of security issues and concerns to government and program security officers in different geographical locations
• Provides classification management, program security, information systems security, personnel security, and physical security for the purpose of guidance to customers and industry partners
• Conduct briefings and indoctrinations to a variety of audiences
• Deliver compelling and articulate recommendations on current security issues for program security decisions to Directorate and Office Directors of Security, Program Managers, and Directorate leadership
• Assist in the development of security policies and implementation procedures
• Domestic Travel and OCONUS up to 25%, Virginia areas work hours 3:30pm – 11:30pm or Colorado or New Mexico area work hours 1:30pm – 9:30/10:00pm.
   

Minimum Qualifications:

• HS Diploma and 8 or more years of relevant security experience or Associates degree and 6 or more years of relevant security experience or Bachelor's Degree and 4 or more years of relevant security experience
• Ability to work high-level, complex or sensitive security issues thoroughly and with discretion
• Demonstrated ability to identify and assess multiple sources for classification determinations control, marking, and dissemination principles and requirements such as FOIA and Pre-publication reviews
• Substantive experience providing risk-managed security recommendations to program managers, in support of secure and successful mission accomplishment
• Familiarity with ICD 503 and 705
• Have a working knowledge and be able to implement Intelligence Community Directives or NRO Directives and Instructions
• Knowledge of program protection methodologies and risk management principles as they relate to appropriately protecting and sharing information, missions, operations, and assets

• Ability to assist the government in the NRO Integrated Security Assessment Program (ISAP)

We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to support a high-impact program providing Information Assurance services to the U.S. Space Force . Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate daily with the ISSM to provide expert cybersecurity guidance and recommendations

• Oversee classified processing tasks, ensuring compliance with established standards

• Conduct system audits and execute Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) activities

• Lead and support the Risk Management Framework (RMF) authorization process, including development and maintenance of the Body of Evidence (BoE)

• Manage Configuration Management (CM) activities for hardware, software, firmware, and security-relevant functions

• Analyze vulnerability scans, implement DISA STIGs, and ensure secure system configurations

• Interpret and apply DoD cybersecurity policies and procedures

• Review and recommend remediation actions for Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) to mitigate risks and achieve Authorization to Operate (ATO)

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (additional experience, training, and/or certifications may substitute degree requirement)

• U.S. Citizenship; Currently possess an Active DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

• Proficiency with DCSA eMASS, SCAP, ACAS, and Nessus Network Monitor (NNM)

• Strong understanding of RMF, SDLC, and A&A documentation development

• Experience with DCSA and Special Access Program (SAP) A&A processes

• Ability to apply government security regulations (FIPS, NIST, NISPOM, JSIG, ICDs) to information systems

• Expertise in securing Windows, Linux, and UNIX environments using Active Directory and Group Policy

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently

• Must obtain DoDD 8140 (DoD ) IAT II certification within 6 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the implementation or both DoDD 8570 and DoDI 8140 certification processes

• Hands-on experience with Trellix modules and SIEM solutions

• Knowledge of DCSA XACTA and CORE platforms

SAIC is seeking an Alternate Facility Security Officer (AFSO) to provide operations/security support for multiple programs/customers within the SAIC Space and Intel business group.

This position will serve as the primary day-to-day program security support to multiple DoD/IC customers, for all matters of program security, classification guidance, program integration, and other duties as assigned/needed including, assist with preparation of security plans, reviewing applicable guidelines, and established procedures for all areas of security to include Personnel Security, Information Security, Physical/Technical Security, Classification Management, and Program Security under 32 CFR and other applicable government/SAIC Security guidance.

**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Preparation and completion of security audits and government inspections
+ Routinely operates within these databases - SIMS/NISS/DISS
+ Processes personnel security clearances; verify visitor clearances, COMSEC, CAC Re-verifications, etc.
+ Implements visitor control and certifications for visitors to customer sites
+ Ensure proper handling/storage of classified materials
+ Coordinates and transmits document control as directed; receipt/dispatch
+ Prepares and conducts program briefings associated with executed NDAs
+ Reviews documents for proper classification markings

+ Supports security processing - courier, scheduling, tracking, and facilitating personnel inquiries and investigations

ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Security Officer 2 PSO 2 to join our team in the Colorado Springs, CO area.
**Responsibilities include but not limited to:**
+ Provides advice and assistance regarding a range of security issues and concerns to government and program security officers in different geographical locations
+ Provides classification management, program security, information systems security, personnel security, and physical security for the purpose of guidance to customers and industry partners

**Minimum Qualifications:**
