The Meta Security Policy team is dedicated to identifying, tracking, and countering adversarial threat actors that seek to use our platforms to mislead users or cause harm. Deep understanding of enterprise class structure, workflows, and design patterns
Advanced experience with:
Case management, data modeling, integrations, agents, and performance tuning
UX/UI design and Pega UI guardrails
Pega upgrades, server configurations, and troubleshooting
Agile development methodologies
High-level estimates and sizing
Packaging and deployment
Database modeling and SQL query optimization, particularly with Oracle SQL
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Pega LSA certification (mandatory)
3–5 years as a Pega Lead System Architect
5–8 years as a Pega System Architect working on multi-tier web applications
Experience creating frameworks and enterprise-wide applications
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
This role is hybrid — 3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC, 2 days remote
