**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Security Incidents (investigate security violations, report to customer, prepare report, and counsel)
+ Manage SCIF (open/close, access, safes, inspection)
+ Manage account requests
+ Visit requests (clearance passing)
+ Manage Onsite Customer Events
+ Security Awareness Briefings (NEO,AWOL, Manager requirements, etc.)
+ Conduct all programs specific access briefings and debriefings
+ Prepublication Submissions, Medical Device Waivers, and SEAD requirements
+ Process and maintain classified document accountability records and provide security support and directions including the development and maintenance of DD254's and security guidance
+ Develop, implement and maintain security policies and procedures ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
+ Conduct self inspections and participate in government audits and assessments, developing corrective action plans when needed
+ Point of contact between the contractor, government agencies and other security personnel
**YOU MUST HAVE**

+ COMSEC experience

Your role and responsibilities
As a managing consultant, you will serve as a client-facing practitioner working collaboratively with clients to deliver high-quality solutions and be a trusted business advisor with deep understanding of SAP Accelerate delivery methodology or equivalent and associated work products. You will lead design workshops, support business development activities and mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge. There are opportunities for you to acquire new skills, work across different disciplines, take on new challenges, and develop a comprehensive understanding of various industries. Your primary responsibilities include: Strategic SAP Solution Leadership: Leading the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP Security solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability that meet client needs. Team Delivery leadership: Lead a high performing team of SAP consultants to deliver work products on time, budget, and quality. Comprehensive Solution Delivery: Involvement in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP with clients and team members and working with the latest technologies.
Required technical and professional expertise
Professional expertise with SAP Security configuration and remediation: senior level, hands-on SAP Security experience in SAP ECC, S/4, BW, CRM, PI, APO, SCM, SLT, and Solution Manager with a minimum of 08 years experience including implementations, go-live and support as consultant or a solution architect.
SAP Security experience should include user and access management as well as roles and authorizations, including GRC access controls and audit experience.
The role requires experience leading a SAP Security team of professionals.
Holder of SAP Security and GRC certifications.
Preferred technical and professional experience
Familiarity with Cloud Computing Platforms: Including IBM Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and GCP. Knowledge of Agile methodologies: Hands on experience with project management methodologies like Agile.

Strata-G is seeking an experienced Technical Security Professional with the following:
Summary:
Primary responsibilities for conducting Technical Security assessments, inspections and other services include but are not limited to:
• Evaluating classified processing systems and facilities to ensure they meet the requirements of UPF TEMPEST Plan.
• Assist the TEMPEST Coordinators in conducting and documenting TEMPEST threat assessments of UPF facilities in which classified information is processed.
• Collecting information to assist the TEMPEST coordinators in updating the TEMPEST checklist for UPF facilities that process classified information.
• Evaluating wireless technologies located within proximity to classified processing areas to determine if they meet the UPF TEMPEST plan or may need further countermeasures or mitigations.
• Assist the TSCM team in coordinating UPF evaluations and equipment inspections.
• Working independently, advising and assisting NNSA personnel on matters of technical security policy, procedures, and regulations as it relates to the UPF project.
• Reviewing proposed recommendations for the design of technical security upgrades and provide recommendations based on technical security policies in collaboration with the Technical Security Team.
• Assist in developing and administering a UPF Technical Security education program in coordination with the Technical Security program.
Specific Job Knowledge and Training Required:
• Must possess a strong understanding of basic electrical principles.
• Must have the ability to read and understand technical and engineering drawings.
• Applicant must be knowledgeable and capable of providing guidance on TEMPEST principles, and procedures.
• Applicants must have an active TS/SCI clearance, or be SCI eligible and willing to undergo a polygraph examination to be considered for this position.
• Applicants must demonstrate a minimum of 5 years of general security experience.
• Other general security related experience include counterintelligence, security policy standard development, security countermeasures programs, computers and computer networking, wireless technologies, electrical distribution systems, grounding and bonding, operation & management, personnel protection & protecting security information.
• Candidate must be willing to attend basic level TEMPEST related training
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 20 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 19 years of relevant experience.
